I fully agree with Thiru Kumaravel as an entrepreneurship motivator, trainer and mentor for over 50 years that family members are the biggest hurdles for budding entrepreneurs. Moreover initial capital is important and not essential. What entrepreneurs must have are courage, commitment, character and self confidence.
