I saw this show a few years ago and it was incredible. You can feel the bass and drums hitting you in the chest. The lights and sound was incredible. So tight. These guys ROCK!
I'm a musician of 21 years. Make a living playing and teaching and while I don't listen to classical music often I respect it and the musicians who arrange and write it, especially when they can't hear. Beethoven was a great! And this version was original and I thought it was awesome....Don't criticize everyone else because you don't like a certain style of music. I don't really like a majority of the music on the radio now days but I have a respect for what an artist does with their talent.
Seen their show 4 times. Closest seats were the 2nd year at 5th row center. Never a bad show. I get so energized by them that when I get back home I'm usually on the keyboards for at least a couple of hours playing along with their cds.
I'm letting all TSO fans know! Went to final show of spring tour in Dallas and they had camera crew filming it. Paul O'Neill was on stage after Beethoven part and said it would be live DVD-TSO fans dream and TSO 1st. Great singers, fantastic narrator and of course incredible musicians. And the best road crew ever!

Can't wait to see them this Friday in St. Louis! This will be my 6th or 7th year in a row seeing them! AMAZING every time! And always an amazing light show that comes with it! They have two bands that travel, St. Louis always gets the main band which is awesome.
Saw them twice...these people are sooo talented its insane. Got to meet them too...the chillest people ever! Definetely see them live if u have the chance the show is off the chain.

This years version of Christmas in Sarajevo was the best "song" ever done -- especially with the new light screens. Very Very awesome!!! TSO 07 tour was the best one yet! Can't wait till next years.

@Apoxiosis Seated & quiet during the "soft, pretty parts", screaming & cheering after the rest. It's a "do what moves ya" kinda crowd usually. Seeing them tonight, too, for the 12th year in a row. Best thing in the world to get in the Christmas mood! You'll love it!!
Well, I'm 60, I live in south TX for now, don't like the summers at all but even the young ones down and around TX know who the Beatles are and so many of the other less well known older band names, if not I explain since I have taught classical piano. Thanks for your response.
I can't say enough about how incredible the TSO shows are. Trust me when I say the videos do not do the show justice although this one is probably one of the best quality ones I've seen.
Listen to the music and quit knocking these guys...this is great stuff and not always easy to play, even note for note...you have to admire what they've done and I'm sure will get even better as time goes by....
just saw them last night and favorite part is requiem song and the choir is epic especially in their version for it is slower and you can hear it for a longer amount of time

Saw TSO for the FIRST TIME in Memphis dec. 23 and I was amazed. Best concert I have gone to in quite awhile.
I have been lucky enough to have seen TSO twice and both times they have just taken my breath away. They are truly Amazing. Words cannot describe.
We saw them last night in New Orleans. They had Robin Zander from Cheap Trick with them. They were great. I especially loved the violin duet.

HOLY EPILEPSY BATMAN!!!! This band kicks so much ass! I saw them last year here in the Orlando Amway Arena for their Christmas special.
Pyrotchnics, and lighting crew is as talented as those on stage... this has to be unreal live.
