Love your little boys room! I remember when my oldest son Scott turn two he decided he wasn’t sleeping in his crib anymore. We were poor and didn’t have the money for a big voice bad. Levi a bed from our youth pastor that worked out great. It was all wood, second hand, and affordable. All four of my kids wound up sleeping in that bed at some point in their growing up years. So sweet!
Great job on Luke's bed. I wouldn't have had a clue how to get started. The room looks spacious with furniture placement this way. I can picture Luke and his little brother sitting on the rug playing in years to come.
We use particle board for the kids beds to keep it low and strength….cause you know they will jump and such 😊♥️ lovely! The whole room is super charming and darling for the two boys to share

I just recently converted one of my spare bedrooms to a shared space for my two grandchildren (a two and half year old girl and a one year old boy). Using a crib and an old twin bed that use to belong to their dad, I was able to create a very similar space for them to sleep and play in when they come to visit. I was very much inspired by what you did in the girls room. You have such great ideas and I love your overall aesthetic. It's traditional without looking dated---something I've been trying to achieve for a number of years. I've learned so much from you, not just decorating ideas, but organizing, cleaning, decluttering, cooking, etc.as well. Keep up the good work!

I like to put 3M picture hanging velcro at the bottom (sides) of art so it does not move off the nail/hanger especially when hung over a child's bed.
