Mr. Chandigarh Wala. I am the Youth President of Dussehra Committee of Sector 46 and I want to tell you that the incident which happened here 2 years ago was not a local person. He was from Mohali. He had come to India from outside and he did this just for fun…After this he was punished and had to pay a fine. He apologized for this. And this year there will not be a 120 feet Ravana. A Ravana of around 95 feet will be made here, his neck will rotate 360 degrees and this time also it will be done in the same way as last year the effigies were erected inside Lanka.
Sector 46 celebrates the best dussehra as as I have been seeing it from last 17 years it’s the best the effigies are tall and so beautiful after 2017 the effigies have become more beautiful
