I cycle thousands of miles a year. I've never really had to worry too much about gaining weight and this led me to eat too much salt, and high salt intake leads to persistent leg cramps if you're a very active person, (I'm pretty sure this is scientifically proven and a well accepted fact) and so roughly five years ago I drastically reduced my salt intake and literally haven't had a leg cramp in five years and I'm now 47 years old.
I can confidently say for a fact that many people that often do intense cardio will certainly experience problems if your salt intake is too high. Low salt is literally life changing if you're one of the unfortunate people that experience random leg cramps after intense cardio.

Scientific method is religious fervor. Karl Popper invented the proper science and it's called falsification

Do you use a fasting tracker app?

I use almost no apps for anything.

Why would you need a fasting tracker app? You’re not eating anything so what’s to track. If you want to track your time just start your stopwatch.

@@leemanwrong Sometimes fasting apps help people who are struggling with keeping the fast. Looking at the stats encourages and motivates them.

I took potassium nitrate with a cup of noodles everyday, it was really healthy. You can take the 15 million bottle of red wine protein. You become Flo from the Brady Bunch, "Greg, clearly I was masterbating to cleaning." I only took one bottle, its like taking too much Splenda, you feel the little dirt cubes in your hair. But when you sort of cut Splenda in your gums, it starts to taste like sand on the beach. It's similar to a bullet wound, imagine your a truck driver, the box is 45 feet plus the 15 foot cab. So any wound bigger than a dime is cancer. One time I dropped DNA in biology on a slide, you could see a spiral galaxy the size of a dime.

Shouldn't there be a pat of butter in that electrolyte drink of which you speak? D3 is fat-soulable; I've heard that without the fat, the D3 won't be taken up - is this true, vegetable guru?
