1:47:32 if I recall correctly, Riot had their franchised valorant teams design their own title banners and gun skin (for the classic pistol gun) and had a vetting process with specific guidelines on if what they made was acceptable.
Although player skins could be a bit much for orgs to design (I’m not familiar with graphic design in gaming), player banners, name tags, sprays, emote concepts and other cosmetics can definitely be delegated to orgs imo.
