@@yodecaf I enjoyed building this model and I fly it often. I like how it flys and since it’s not an expensive model I’m a little more relaxed flying it which helps to try new things sometimes. Glad you’re enjoying the build!
I don’t see it being any easier or harder to fix or rebuild then anything else that’s on the market. That all depends on how bad the crash is and what components need to be replaced.
A heli like this is not recommended for beginners. They are all sold as kits and require full assembly and set up of all the electronics. If you want something to start I would look at the Blade heli line through Horizon Hobby as they have some great options for beginners to get into the hobby.
@@rcspeedracer understood. Those helicopters are badass. I love the unique design. I’m going to get one just to keep until I learn to fly helicopters then I can use the tarot. Do you have a video how to calibrate then wing from parameter and servo etc
@@bluecavemen I do have a 3 part video on the ikon flybarless and a video on a castle esc. Those are the main things to program. It’s not hard to do at all. Just need to take your time to do it the correct way.
It’s an easy and functional set up. Would not be hard at all to swap out a servo or anything. Esc is super easy. Motor would be the one thing to require a little disassembly but nothing bad at all. And yea the look it different for sure. Lego is funny. I can see that for sure.
@@dimitristripakis7364 because I was trying to be thorough with my information and the flying of it and showing what it is capable of doing was done in a separate video. Please check that one out. Thanks.
Excellent video sir! Great helicopter-assembles easily, flies great, outstanding parts quality, and very, very different! You covered everything!
Its funny how polarizing this model is. Like, isnt building different things good for the whole hobby? In the middle of my build and digging it!

Thanks and good sharing
Is it still compatible with Mikado Logo parts like it was when it was still branded as Tarot?
That I am not sure about at all. Never tried to use any logo parts on it
Hi! what diameter tail shaft has in this 550? 5 or 6mm
It is a 5mm shaft.
thanks! @@rcspeedracer
2:57 Hi, are the white accented side frames stock in the kit?
That is a 100% stock kit as it comes out of the box.
Wow keren saya jadi kepingin.
Hola cuánto me cuesta el helicoptero
It's very hard to fix when you crashed.

Is this good for beginners? I saw their website I don’t see it sold as a whole product is looks like they sell in pieces?…

My first thought was that I thought it was a Lego. The ease of installation seems difficult. For me, function is better. I can care less about wires.

Instead of talking for 8 minutes, why not fly the damn thing ? You are right next to the flying field!
