Thank you so much for this wonderful journey. You were so dedicated and courageous. Sometimes i feel bad when rejected for jobs and it slows down my applications but now i will not give up
Nice. I used to use “we” instead of “I” because I thought that while saying “I” people think that you are an egoistic person. Even my seniors had told me like that🤭. Thanks Gurpreet for this wonderful video 🙏
Thanks it was really helpful, I am from Mumbai India and in waitlist for German job seeker visa, I’ll never give up on it. Hopefully by month of sept I’ll be there. Thanks it was really helpful video

I came here on jsv showing my IT profile, now if i get a contract from super market as supervisor or shift manager. Will the aushandlerbehorde convert my visa on this position?
It's really motivated me. One question. Is it a good idea to apply job from India or we should apply from Germany itself? Are all interviews via skype or f2f? That you have not mentioned. Thanks
It’s better to apply from Germany, there is another video I have published on Interview process in Germany. There will be at least one f2f round. All the best!
Hello Shilpa, Thanks! Yes, I am working in HR and no, I don’t have A1. You can apply for job seeker for many other professions and not only IT. All the best! Regards, Gurpreet
Thank you for sharing the information. It’s been 2weeks now I accepted the offer letter but still I have not received contract. How long does organisation takes to share contract after accepting offer letter?
Hello It’s very useful video. Thank you for the informations. I am from India and wants to settle in Germany. My past experience in Supply chain, Logistics and export operations so I want to know that which city they have many jobs for this profile. Thank you
Hi, You can come to any city and apply for jobs for all over Germany. If you still need some cities name then I could see more jobs in Stuttgart, Berlin, Colonge, Munich for Supply Chain. I hope that helps! All the best! Regards, Gurpreet
Hi could you please answer my concern if my profession is a regulated profession and experience only on the same profession still am eligible to apply for jsv? How can i convince that am looking for different job with out having other experience?
For HR wat is it matters even, it’s all junior level positions unlike tech and medicos who are In demand and it means HR and others shouldn’t even try for this
Hi @Gurpreet, very useful video for all jobseekers, I have few questions: 1. Did you quit your job before applying for jobseeker visa? If no, then how you planned for this from the beginning? 2. Can we show bank accounts with EMI or Loan deductions? Or Can we borrow money to show funds in account? 4. Do you know any genuine agency which can help in finding job in Germany, in case if we are running out of time? 5. 6 months enough to find a job in Germany? Can we take up any jobs other than our experienced field in case if we cannot find one in our field? 6. What's your plan for the future? 🙂
Hi, It depends what is your motivation to come to Germany. Please free to reach out to me using the link below topmate.io/gurpreet_kaur_jaggi Regards, Gurpreet
1) i applied for many jobs but none giving positive response. Probably becos i dont have jsv. So is it still a good idea to show them the job posts that suit my career. I mean should i bring copies of it when i go to the jsv appointment? 2) do u think after i get the js , i wil get better response? 3) after i open a german blocked account and if the visa got rejected, can i get the money back easily? It takes how long to get it back?
You mentioned applying to at least 30 jobs per day, but in the IT field, many positions require knowledge of the German language. Did you apply to companies explicitly asking for German language skills? Additionally, considering that most job requirements match around 80% of my qualifications, should i still apply to such companies? will they reject me as im not having 100% qualifications wat they r looking for
The grass appears greener on the other side, but Germany may not be an ideal destination for Indians due to challenges like bureaucratic hurdles, outdated banking systems, racism, and professional setbacks. Job seekers often boast about moving to Germany, but they might overlook the stark differences and difficulties, including social isolation and stereotyping. Influencers tend to focus on the positives, leaving out the potential downsides. It's essential to inquire about the disadvantages and negatives from those who have experienced them firsthand. Certainly, with the evolving landscape in India, individuals possessing genuine knowledge and substantial credentials can secure high-paying jobs, allowing them to save more compared to several EU countries. The professional opportunities within India are becoming increasingly competitive and rewarding.

I would say still apply sometimes they do consider if your technical skills are high
