You missed another key aspect of Donkey Kong in gameplay. Donkey Kong created a "unfair" advantage and disadvantage on certain mini-games. In Mario Party 3, DK was more likely to win on Storm Chasers because his larger body made it much easier to collect rainwater. On Eye Sore, DK was at a disadvantage because his larger body caused him to bump into the fire and eyeball more frequently.
Man. That Mario Party 3 end screen really just hits for me and gives a strange solemn end to the n64 era (it was the last 1st party release I believe). Maybe it's just because the n64 is the console I'm most personally and emotionally attached to but I dunno. As for entries you considered, I typically go for a the more the merrier mindset when it comes to these as long as the entries are not totally made up with nothing to back it up.
I have a personal Mario Party 3 theory: Not only is Luigi the hero of the game; Both Daisy and Waluigi were created by the Millenium Star on the spot in order to give Luigi a love interest and rival similar to Mario's. Super Mario Land, Mario Golf and Mario Tennis happened chronologically after that.
the end screen for mario party 3 always made me really sad, even as a kid literally almost 2 decades ago (wtf). theres literally something so eerie but calming about it? i cant explain it. i also really liked viewing the maps during battle royale and looking at the edges of the maps and seeing that it was literally a board game!
My idea for "Real World location of boards" is that we are led to believe that all boards are physically there. Where would those boards be located in relation to everything else? For example, Horror Land. We see a graveyard and a house (being Kamek's), and also a road. Where would that be in relation to places like Peach's Castle? Is there a section of the world dedicated to the boards? This is what "Real World Location of Boards" means.
One interesting thing about the Control Stick controversy is, that in Mario Party: The Top 100 they actually brought back a couple of the control stick rotation minigames. Probably because the 3DS circle pad made the old palm technique impractical and also not even as necessary.
Move to the Mambo was probably taken out of the Western version of Mario Party because we would jam too hard to the song and forget about the actual mini-game at hand.
Note about "True Location of the Boards": A few games actually specify where the boards are located, 7's boards are based on different parts of the real world as the theme is a cruise ship (pagoda peak is meant to be china, neon heights is meant to be the us) and 5 is based on the dreams of all the world's inhabitants condensed into pocket worlds, the theory is that if these locations are actually real and part of the world, then the others should be real locations too.
I remember playing 3 as a kid and being so confused when Luigi was supposed to represent beauty... I mean he’s not ugly, but my girl Peach does seem a tad prettier
I thought I knew a lot about Mario Party, but the removed items from 2/3 and 6, the text of "All Wins/Won" and "Move to the Mambo" were all new things to me! I did in fact learn something!

That ending section where you were rambling and talking about how much you liked Mario Party was so endearing like my heart felt soft I might be in love
I think the reason character-specific title screens weren't brought back after Mario Party 1 is that none of the subsequent Mario Party games (as far as I know) had character-specific boards for each character (yes I know Waluigi's Island was in Mario Party 3, but that was just one board in the whole game), so it wouldn't have made sense to have that because what would the title screens even look like? In Mario Party 1 they were always based on the board that pertains to that character (i.e. Mario's Rainbow Castle for Mario).
This iceberg is actually missing *a LOT* of other deeper hidden secrets and mysteries. Another one is the reoccurring Goomba houses in MP2. And the hidden face clouds in every map of MP3.
Awesome! Great job for your first video! I'm really glad you mentioned wanting responses, because I've got a constructive one: referencing outside source material is greatly enhanced with direct visual aid. For example, when you say that Peach and Daisy had their models finalized in a recent game, but then only show that finalized version and not the steps it took to get there along the way, I didn't have the capacity to see what you meant, because I don't have the prior character models ingrained in my memory. So, in this case, it would have been great to see those character models from the older games and then show the modern finalized one, so that I can really witness the difference firsthand and don't have to just take your word for it.
