All level 25 besides sailor battler, sailor is level 19 or 18 I think he helps with the money and also I’m gonna give you the Strat for the start here level bank 2 times wait for police guy put battler or turmoed battler then put sailor then just spawn a couple more battlers then spam sailor while upgrading bank then then do whatever
