Good to see someone fixed the tail lights. The custom LED tail lights it had were shit looking. Got a good look at it while being worked on at McInerney Ford in Perth about two years ago.
this car inspired me to do my own version of a mad max style car, mine is a heavily customised jensen interceptor, and i turned the thing into a battering ram of a car, custom built v8 supercharged engine with a massive blower, converted the boot into the fuel tank and it holds god knows how much, half inch thick steel reinforced body, 3 inch thick solid steel bumpers front and back, ballistic glass, solid tyres (took me 2 years to get actual solid run flat tyres, some legal bullshit to do with my countries road laws, found a loophole though) hubcaps made from real road signs, and the cherry on top, a 1:1 scale human skull hood ornament modelled after actual scans of my own skull made from melted down brass casings i shot at the range with my grandfathers antique lancaster pistol, the rarer 2 barrel version. other than the engine and fuel tank, i built everything myself, i was welding panels while watching youtube videos on how to weld, the thing looks like it was thrown together with whatever scraps were around, but my god, thing runs like a beast, need ear protection when driving it. i call it the frankenceptor my buddies call it the ear buster my wife calls it a waste of time and my daughters call it theres once they learn to drive
Man! I’m way over in the northwest corner of America, and I’d do damn near anything to get that car here! I mean, nit that I could actually afford it these day… but still. Whew lad
Why the f..k didnt this come to Canada at least. Jeez man Ford America was hella dumb. This so would have had a great market of buyers. Obviosly the cockpit would need to be swapped to the left but still. Who else agrees
Yeah. From a global market economic point of view, ya havta wonder -did Ford Australia figuratively (and literally) 'miss the boat' load?? Such the pity.
It was a full custom build some years ago. Not by our Shop. I guess they did not have a crystal ball to understand the future value of a matching numbers original Car.
That xb is perfection
It sure is one hell of a Car.
I think the Americans would have liked these coupes more than their equivalents. Well done Aussie manufacturing. Bring back our car manufacturers!
They are a unique shape. The USA Car enthusiasts love em.
Have always loved Aussie muscle.
My dream car,my child hood, adult hood dream,Absolutely Magfuknnificent!
You and many others can only imagine this in our home garage.

Agreed, from Ontario and I love my XB and most of all the RHD!
They rusted badly in Australia....Canadian weather wouldn't be kind. 🤣👍
@@AUmarcus Still a lot of them around though isn't there?Great cars.
Couldn't hear you guys at times over the engine, did it get raffled off with LMCT+ with mechanical issues?
The Engine is a Stroked BBF and Narly. we fixed the issues.
The conservationists can’t complain. It’s a green machine 😁.
4 sure
Where is it now ?
In Qld
Nice car but why Monaro seats?

the interior ruins it for me.. thhe whole point is feeling like you are transported back in time when you drive these cars. well for me anyway
The original owner Danny Green our own local very the well known boxer made the interior to his design. Keeping with the Green theme.
Danny it's not GREEN Brother 😢
It definitely is not. But lots of Green throughout the Car
Thank you! I can't stand people that stick with factory skinny rubber on these cars. " oooh that's what it came with" put some fats on it!!!!
A Landau?
No not a Landau. A Falcon Hardtop.
same as a Torino
Very similar. Aussie built.
🤘🏻
Pleased you liked it. Everyone one at work here loved it.
Can i buy it PM ME !! $$$
Everyone loves it.
Everyone needs Holden. They are rust buckets don't buy them.
The XA-XC had rust issues. so did the odd Holden and Valiant.
No one cares about Yanks. Spew harder and get one. Nearly got a canvas flip light model!
Our Cars are way kooler than the USA built ones of that era.
