I am a business student from Brazil, and am honestly very inspired with what you do. I don't know much about yoga but it is something I would like to experiment and learn more about. I am always saying that I would like to clear my mind sometimes, as I'm always thinking about college or little details, that aren't really relevant, yet I constantly worry about. I think yoga could really help me, so maybe you could do a video about it, I'm sure other people would appreciate it as well!

Haha awesome! I have started waking up at 4am to go for a run and do my vinyasa barefooted in the park almost every day after seeing you guys do it. Thank you for sharing that as well!
4 is cutting it fine, but we consume so much calories it keeps us going. There'll always be a hump you have to get over in the middle of the day, we usually bust out 15 minutes of yoga to get us through until dinner.

We try to be super human as much as possible, our next project is how to add more hours to the day.
