OMG you guys fixed the front look of the LX and made it functional. and it looks better than the OEM grill. That huge ass predator mouth grill always looked ridiculously big on the LX
Wow it’s insane how good you guys made the LX look. GREAT JOB TEAM. You made me fall in love with this style. I been looking into different types of overland vehicles but this one is it. keep up the great work. ❤ I was looking for someone to work on my truck whenever I got one and I found the team can’t wait.
@@dissentoffroad Yes indeed! I have been aware of you guys since I seen that first LX600 build you mention, in person. I really loved it and definitely looking forward to customizing the LX700h, because it will be our dedicated adventure 4x4. I have been hoping for a proper offroad LX model, more like the LC 300 GR Sport for North America, since they released! I look forward to seeing these beautiful bumpers in person. They are beautiful and suit the elegant LX curves so well😊
Oh man…..I need those snorkels from the one inside for the tundra….definitely getting an LX600 in a few years now that you guys are supporting them! Just got my wife an LC250 …it needs the sliders and roof rack you guys make 😉
@@dissentoffroad awesome!! As soon as I get that new engine from Toyota I’ll be bringing the truck over to you guys for the snorkels! Thank you so much for being willing to do this!
@@_beanswick2054 You kinda have to figure that, let's say for an FJ80 series, an equivalent front/rear bumper and slider set up from them would cost probably 5k, not including them installing it. That's a product they've got dialed in and have been selling for years so the man-hours of development are spread across everyone that ever bought one. These are custom builds with, like you said, a LOT of hours spent on RnD. It doesn't surprise me that it's 45k for the Lexus build, and you're paying for the convenience of not having to figure it all out yourself (plus the guarantee it's gonna work in the end because they're experts). I'd don't have 45k of incoming sitting around to go toward armoring up my FJ80, but that's why I'm also not buying an LX600 any time soon, lol
It's a dang Toyota with an "L" on it... dunno why people think a Lexus is a Rolls-Royce these days... ALL trucks in this class cost this much including Ford, Jeep, and Chevy 😉
Beautiful!!! 😍🥰 Can this be made for the LC 200???!!! 🙏🙏🙏 This bumper looks so much better than any of existing ones you have for the 200, just my opinion
Not bad, kinda pretty and rugged looking. But I wish you had done the weldings more from inside, instead of the outside. or at least polished those wavy weld marks to look more smooth.
We need the 300 GR-S back in the US with front and rear lockers. The LC 250 and GX550 are cool but some want tanks that will last 20 years. :). Until then I am inhaling Australian LC300 build videos and wondering how much it would cost to import an LC300 from Mexico. :).
GR-S not GRX. And the LC250/Gx550 will last just as long. You should know that since you watch the Australian build videos, they have plenty of LC Prado video (the LC 250 is a prado). You could probably import one of the first or 2nd gen Prados in the US now since they meet that dumb 25yr requirement your chicken tax caused.
I have an odd requests … , I have a mini cooper and I’m looking for a custom sema build for it … and turn it to an off road monster … I would love to do a custom build with you guys

Love these builds by dissent. You guys know how to make this Rigs Offroad worthy if money 💰 ain't no concern
Thank you! These 600 builds aren't cheap but neither is the vehicle. Ha!
I'm awaiting the LX700h so appreciate seeing aftermarket support😊

The LX is sweet. The pricing is just as jaw dropping.
Jaw dropping is an understatement
That’s a lot of dough for practically some bolts on accessories, lol but maybe the rnd had to do with the price idk lol
@@_beanswick2054 to be fair, there’s a lot of engineering behind getting this project right….time = money

Most people prefer to see the welds, but some don't. We decided to stick to what most prefer. Now, if they were bad welds, we agree. Hide them! Haha

Can you remove the auto height and install a different suspension?
Anything is possible. The stock suspension works really well as is. It would be a lot of work to swap it out but with enough money.... :)
The trim covering the edges where the body was cut to make room for the fender is…not great. 1:52.

What’s the tire size with the next one in the shop still?
I believe most stick with a "narrow" tire like a 285 and adjust height to taste. 33s and 34s and we did one with 35s.
