I have been looking for something like this for years, and this video is perfection! With the introduction, the form and the applications, it is all very understandable. The presentation is complete. I will be learning this form and teaching it to my Wudan style students. Thank you Master Lee Chan. I subscribed to this channel.
I LOVE the layout of the movements and the demonstration of applications at the end. It becomes something of a comedy at the end, with the demo partner flying across the room at a mere touch, but that's rather normal for martial arts demonstrations in this milieu. Still, it is an EXCELLENT video, worth many a pause & replay.
I learned the Chen version of the 13 movements, but this one is also concise and well thought-out. I'm going to add it to my daily work-out. It's nice to know 2 different ways to do the same thing. As for the demo at the end, I've seen a lot worse. If you want a little more realism, take a look at Practical Method.
