Beautiful Fan! When you’re rewinding the coil, it may not hurt to add extra laminate into the stack. On an experiment that a friend of mine tried recently he found that he ran out of room for the actual winding bundle. Something we might try is using a slightly thinner gauge wire to add resistance.
