sir can you please send me the 3d case design of the attendance system you did last time i saw the video? and after I switched off the raspberry pi and opened it again the program isn't running by itself.. Everytime I have to open the code and run .. what can I do for a code to run even after I switched it off or after a power loss?

@@maheshw7141 for the fingerprint sensor. The red wire goes to the 5V gpio, the black wire goes into ground, the white wire goes into GPIO 14, the green wire goes into GPIO 15. I simply followed the instructions that came with the fingerprint sensor. I am not sure if your wires colors will coincide with mine.

eh... i guess cool project on its own merits and I guess thanks for sharing, but for the purposes of forcibly collecting fingerprints and/or other biometrics- especially in the case of minors- In the US, it's definitely not legally sound, at best, and frankly for very good reasons... are all the parents aware you are doing this? Creepy AF my dude =/

So long as they are of age, informed, and non-coercively consenting, as well as their information being treated, protected, and deleted within the state and federally mandated regulatory expectations and time frames, it would certainly be their prerogative to do so. That bit of caution aside, as I stated earlier, you seem to have done a very nice job on this project and I appreciate you sharing it with us- an impressive, concise piece of tech.

wouldn't the fingerprint sensor get really dirty?
The same could be said about any fingerprint sensor. Luckily, it wipes off easily.
