Due to Race Influence obviously not everyone will be fluent in Malay , Have you grown up in a fully chinese Household? no right? so you shouldnt talk . My Parents and I Speak in English and Arab most the time and we probably have a stronger Malay than you , it depends from the upbringing of students at home and as a human being you cant simply judge other human beings for not being able to learn it fluently at home and schools as not everyone has the same opportunity at home.
