I found your channel early this morning while waiting for my flight. I enjoyed the video but didn't subscribe. Well, I have just arrived home after 15 hours of flights, and what popped up this video, so I watched it now. I have subscribed.
The thing about most modelers I guess is that we all have model clutter. I seems to grow on its own too. Organizing is huge in my book. Sometimes I get more from videos of how everyone has their desks and model spaces organized, and I do from how to videos! Thanks for sharing enjoyed this post!
Good morning. As the saying goes for organizing, "a place for everything and everything in its place". My basic hobby setup is, I have 4 desks, a rolling upright toolbox and a 14-drawer craft storage table all in a "U" shape with my chair in the middle. If I don't stay organized, I can't find things I'm looking for. The items I use most are in front of me and to my right (I'm right-handed). I place items I don't use daily further away. Nice video and congratulations on the '100 subscribers', I'm sure it will continue to grow! Thanks, Eric
That's a great set up Eric and I think I finally have things straightened up and now have no further excuses on painting and finishing the 12 built models I have going. Thank you very much for your continued support. Rick
I seen that Don Thomas cigar box with your #11 blades in the drawer! Lol Other than models I'm also a cigar connoisseur. I have many empty cigar boxes that I store modeling supplies in, especially paint and finishing stuff. Awesome videos and keep them coming! Thanks
I use the containers you get in restaurants for left overs - the plastic kind with the transparent lid. I use them to organize tools, supplies, etc. Best part is they are free.
Those are sometimes the BEST solutions. I keep the chopsticks that comes with our dinners to hang metal tracks to air dry after I've chemically blackened them 👍
@@Ricksarmoredmodels8539 That's a good idea. I usually pass on the chop sticks because I'm totally inept with them, but now I'll take them home with me.

Glad you subscribed and that you enjoyed the video I very much appreciate it. Glad you got home safe, Rick.

Yes, that's in my first video I think about storing my 5 airbrushes into Rocky Patel cigar boxes. They are perfect for that use 👍
I feel so much better having seen your workbench!! Lol

Glad we could help each other 👍
always remember (from a notice that used to hang in my local model railway clubroom) a tidy bench is the sign of a sick mind 😁
You have no idea, lol
