you can’t customiza your cars in in initial unity yet, but i heard the developers are working on another game like IU but with original assets and car customization.
In replays you can enable freecam by simply pressing "f7", you can experiment around with that and make cool angles. Also there is a director mode kinda similar to Assetto Corsas CamTool, which can be opened by pressing "f8", way more complicated to use, but you can make some really cool shots with that!
