What hammers me is the shipping costs because I’m in Canada 🇨🇦 can’t wait until rock auto opens up a location in Canada wishful thinking I’ve ordered a few parts @ various times one thing is for sure I’ve never gotten the wrong part 🎩 hats off to you Rock auto thanks 🙏

Why does the warehouse change when I add or delete parts to only order from one warehouse. For instance, I was going to order a fuel pump and filter for one vehicle. they were going to ship from warehouse A. I later found out that I needed a blower motor and resister that I needed ASAP and needed to pay for overnight shipping. I added them to my cart. They shipped from warehouse B. Not wanting to pay for separate shipping on fuel pump and filter, I deleted them. Then it said that the blower motor would ship from warehouse A. Rather puzzled, I added the pump and filter back on, and they said they would ship from warehouse A, and the motor and resister would ship from B, rather than A. This has happened to me numerous times as I would try to order all my parts for one warehouse. Parts in my cart keep switching which warehouse they will ship from, making it impossible to order from only one warehouse to keep shipping costs down. Can someone from Rock Auto explain why this happens?? Thanks

Our warehouses do not have specific letters permanently assigned to them. The letters are just a way to count the number of locations that parts are shipping from. If there is only one shipping location in the shopping cart, then it will always be "A." The second shipping location will always be "B." If the parts coming from location "A" are all removed from the cart, and there is now only one remaining shipping location, then that remaining location now becomes "A."
