DRIVING UP MT HOPKINS, ARIZONA (Part 1)

Mt Hopkins is north of Nogales, Arizona, near TUBAC. There is an observatory up top, fairly obvious when driving through the area. You will see a white building at the top of the mountain...That's it!
The road is narrow, and it is a problem going past other vehicles going the other direction. I will also mention that supplies for the facility are delivered, so there are large trucks coming and going. The road goes all the way up, but there is a gate near the top where you need to talk to someone to get past. That is where I turn around. But still, great views!
