@@EigenMoto like should you lane split, the dangers, how to lane split, etc. I'm a new rider and still trying to find my riding style. Still have a bit of phobia riding alone and not sure if i should lane split or not. So it would be great if you could make a video about it. It could also help other new riders with finding their riding styles too. I feel like 80% of the time, drivers expect you to lane split and will horn you or get aggressive with you if you ride as you were taught in school. (Like riding in the middle of the lane) but at the same time if you lane split, you could get side swiped or get squeezed. So it's very confusing to me as a new rider.
@@takeshisatou2371 I see. To be honest, I only lane filter and rarely lane split ( In my tricity 155 review I do mention this ) I actually sit in the middle of the lane but I stay mostly on lane 2,3 and only go to 1 to overtake. I do lane split but only on really slow moving traffic because almost all the accidents I see are from lane splitting, I'm also a relatively new rider, but my willingness to take risks are very low.
@@takeshisatou2371 But as a driver of 14+ years, I will say, Ignore the drivers who are aggressive. If they are pressuring you, just go to the slower lane, don't ego, don't challenge, especially on a bike. There really isn't a point. @@EigenMoto My bike isn't as big as a scooter. So sometimes if i ride in the middle of the lane, impatient drivers will come from the side and slowly push me off my lane. It gets really tiring and annoying after awhile
Hmm one group is my IRL friends, and another group I ride with are the folks with similar bikes with me. You can go look around online for bike groups to join tho I think most of them are friend groups tbh. Also I would suggest only finding groups you're comfortable riding with because it can get dangerous if you trying to catch up with ur group when road condition changes.

When riding in JB do take note that as your bike is a 2b bike, your speed might not be as fast as the other vehicles on highway. So try to keep left to play safe. Also make sure to park somewhere you can see your bike or have security. Tbh is quite fun to ride in Malaysia, but do take note of potholes also. Ever saw a bike full submerged into a puddle.
Oh my god a puddle that big!? WTF. Haha I've just returned from Desaru and your tips are what the senior riders told me! It was a little intimidating at first and my bike is really not built for touring at high speeds so yeah I kept left and on the shoulder most of the time :)

Oh I didn’t know that! Funny thing is Ive been an eastie for like 20 years and everytime I passed that area I didnt notice a giant glowing golden building. was it recently renovated? (its been like 6+ years since I last stayed this far east haha) Cool lil info nugget!
I didn't ride it, personally I find the suspension really solid, my friend likes the throttle response and the steering is quite light so it does well on bumpy roads!
Nice, maybe next time I can join you guys too. Awesome
Haha, this is my friend group. I do join public groups for rides though so maybe we’ll meet there!
