I love fish and often cook mine using the same ingredients, some times I poach the fish with orange juice, coconut milk, coriander, dill and a little ginger. Your walnut and pomegranate, mint and olives etc combination is something I will try. You can not beat fresh fish over an open fire, that smokie flavour is awesome.Thanks for sharing.

Glad you have subtitle. Please wash your knife after you sharpen it. Here in American they sharpen their knifes not knowing there is a residue of metal and sharpening material hence when you use it it will be in your food
