Athens absolutely ripped off the technology.. the legal document is available online and it’s ridiculous that anyone would be angry at Bowtech for protecting their own proprietary technology. They invented it.. not Athens. Athens made a HUGE error here.

A massive company like bowtech feels threatened by the little guy? There is nothing wrong with a little healthy competition in the industry. Makes it an easy decision not to support them.
@justinshaw5541 so what about things like the stealth shot or roller guards for that matter? First bow, I remember seeing with stealth shot was a hoyt (unless I'm mistaken). Every brand thereafter was basically using that idea.. would that not have been a patented technology?
So, bow tech won, it was close design, but not the same, sounds like the old smart parts lawsuits back in the day in paintball. I'm gonna look up patents. Want to see the bt compared to what Athens did

Companies/ People sue all the time over copyright infringement. I had a feeling once I seen the tuning system that they were going to be sued over.
