Pain and worries will blind you, but if you’re still motivated nobody can stop you. Your brain thinks you have to stop, because the body isn’t used to the effort.

First of all, wich branch?
To have a green card is the most important thing you need to join the US Armed Forces. Without a card you can't join. Just ask a recruiter or the state department what do you have to do.
