So you've tried them all @glennloopez? even this which was only released today? You've used the hardware? I have loads of times & the Arturia is a superb recreation of it.

Audioscape stuff is amazing. They’ve just come to the UK too. Don’t know what the plugins are like because these 2 just talk and talk instead of usefully demoing anything, but the hardware units are 🔥🔥🔥

Eh? How on earth does nobody notice how buggy and weird the behavior of this thing is? Try sending quite low level signals to the plugin (like -12dBFS peaks, RMS at around -20dBFS or so) and use the limiter.. it gets very weird very quickly. The limiting action is absolutely nowhere even in the same universe as the real deal. This is either buggy as hell or the model is accurate to the clone copy hardware which then is completely off the mark. Seriously.. Kiive Audio is extremely overrated. They are very much hit & miss when it comes to accuracy and the plugins are always quite buggy (non working OS, weird knob ranges and behavior etc). It's just that nobody seems to ACTUALLY test these things properly and the audio community seems to completely ignore all of this and just seems to ride the Kiive bandwagon (Sorry Eddie to be so negative but dude.. you need to focus on more thorough alpha/beta testing and more extensive A/B comparisons against the hardware, at ALL stages of gain.. not just the sweet spot).
@@StudioLife101 No, just tried the 1.0 demo. It's behaving quite weird with lower input levels, either done directly from the plugins own In/out linked controls or just feeding it low signal levels. The limiters action is strange and all over the place.. absolutely nothing like the real thing. It's especially noticeable in the low octave.. like 40 to 80Hz. It's almost like an upwards expander. This is NOT the first dynamics plugin from Kiive that behaves very weirdly.
@@IntheDAW Do you have the hardware to compare? Not sure you know what to listen for. Simply send it a kick drum, for instance.. have it peak at around -12dBFS or less. Use the limiter to try to shave off the peak.. now compare it to how it sounds when you have the peaks at "nominal" levels like -3dBFS or so.. the difference in behavior should be very noticeable. Or you can send it full program material, the whole plugin. Have both limiter and compression section going but send it low levels.. like -18dBFS RMS. Then compare to how the plugin sounds at higher levels.. like -6dBFS RMS (peaks close to zero dBFS). The action is very different which should not be the case.. at least it's not on the hardware.
