I’m so inspired by your training how down to earth you are! You mention that you haven’t lost muscle in this ultra prep, what have you done differently that have led you to maintain?
Was looking at your body when you made your bowl of oats and was wondering how on earth someone could compare it to a men’s body. You look so damn incredible!
I lift and I really want to start running, but every time I do, I get niggles in my left knee. I have been seeing a fysio but it isn’t helping :( does anyone have some advice?
I really appreciate you maintaining your scope and giving credit to the physios!! We need more of that in this world. I'm a dietitian in the US and we (dietitians ) often get overlooked as the experts of nutrition. Everyone seems to think they are the expert and give out nutrition advice, yet aren't qualified to be giving those recommendations. How is that in the UK where you are? Awesome video and I can't wait for you to accomplish these amazing feats. You are inspiring!
I can really relate to what you shared about your older relatives, and them being active. I have an older relative who is over 90 yrs, and they live close to one of the university buildings, so I try to fit them in post lunch walks with my campus schedule, so we can go on walks together. Lol, I figured it would be a ten to fifteen minute walk max, and they walk in a brisk pace for an hour. They told me they do a one hour or ne and a half hour walk after lunch...daily! This is such a beautiful thing to experience because you get to see up close why it’s so important to mind what you fuel yourself with and to stay physically active. They wait for me outside of the uni. building two times a week after my long lectures, with an apple and some water (they would do the same when I was a kid and they picked me up from the public pool in the summer). The doctors says they have blood results at the same level as a fit person in their late 60s (which was the reasn they once had to come in and re-take the tests just to make sure there hadn’t been a mix up with someone else’s test results).
I would love to be hybrid. I was a track athlete in high school(I'm 32 now) but over time have developed aches and pains and laziness and inconsistencies and don't know where to start. You are highly inspirational!
So my fiancé and I are wanting to adopt a kitten but I am personally scared of our house smelling like kitty litter. How do you minimize the smell? What kind of litter box do you have?
I took beta alanine once in my life and I literally felt how the air was touching me, I couldn't support clothes on me or water touching my skin when I got into the shower. I was crying and tossing around naked in my sheets until the effect wore off. I understand that it helps a lot of people but for me never again
Love your vids Lucy when I need motivation in my runs I talk to myself in your English accent 😂 If this helps anyone, I have been making my own post workout recovery juice. I make it in a big jug but the ratio is 8 fl oz orange juice : 2 tsp beet root powder : 1 tsp tart cherry powder : 1 tsp lemon juice : 0.5 tsp trace minerals
I was super hyped watching your post on insta! The team killed it🙌 congratulations 🎉 ✨✨✨

Thanks!! Definitely just eaten a lot more!! Also the volume hasn’t been as high as the 100km so think that helped!
@@LucyDavisFit That makes sense. It's helpful that in your content you show both the fueling and training you are doing.
I got so distracted when you were showing us your second breakfast because I love that tank top! Can you tell me where its from??

Minnie and Munch are such adorable names 😭😭
The kitties are so sweet!!!❤
What's the difference between salts and electrolytes?
The cats are so cute! But it’s sad you bought them when there are so many rescue cats & kittens desperately needing homes 😢
Adoption is great. But I think all pets deserve a loving home, whether they’re adopted or bought from a breeder/pet store.
