Izzy being so heavily pregnant and dying laughing so much so that Brennan is worried for their daughter because Izzy clearly isn’t gonna get enough oxygen for the both of them laughing that hard took me out. 😂😂😂
Ally knowing Brennan well enough at the table to call him on his insane scientist ret-conning with the gymnastics super soldiers was something special. Brennan never missed a beat ("You think that this guy has deceived the other sidewinders"), but they knew it when they saw it. To be fair, I'm guessing Brennan had the gymnastics super-soldiers and scientist guy in mind separately for somewhere in the campaign, but the characters spent 45 minutes of actual play-time buying shirts.
I feel less alone in my desperation to get my players to focus on ANYTHING else, knowing that it also happens to Brennan. “THESE ARE THE SHIRTS WE HAVE” 😂
I was listening to this at work in headphones and laughed so hard my boss came to see if I was okay because my face had turned “an alarming shade or red”.
To make a pregnant woman laugh so hard she fully pisses is so funny (but maybe not that difficult) 😂 I have loved Izzy so much this season, shes having the time of her life and that joy is so contagious
I think the moment she pees herself is when Brennen says "It's time for Daddy to have some fun!" at 3:51 - because right after she says "shit" between wheezes of laughter

I found out from the comments of Very Important People shorts. Izzy got a costume that had a bajillion things to draw attention away from her belly, but people still commented on it.

Lol, she's fine, just having a great time. She's heavily pregnant this season and action comedies are her favorite genre -- I imagine there isn't a lot she can do to control the laughter!! She's had the baby now and is thriving ^^
The grenade part always confused me - wouldn't Izzy just roll for how much damage her freaking bomb does and the acrobats roll a Tough check? Why did she have a 68 Weapons check lol
She’s always out of character, she doesn’t know her characters name, she pulled a gun on a hotel clerk who was rude then was snippy at a character for shoplifting. I love Izzy. But this has been a really weak season for her, I totally understand someone being very hormonal and late into a pregnancy may not want to take a ttrpg seriously, to just do whatever sounds fun and not really care about character or lore stuff. I just have difficulty enjoying watching it, especially when Ify tried to address in character that she was being insane and she just roleplayed crying until he relented 😭
Idk so far everything she's playing seems quite straight forward to me. Her character is a recently divorced menopausal woman who forgot the name of the character she was forced into. Projecting Izzy's pregnancy on her going a madder route than usual doesn't seem logical to me. Also, this is the season where everyone is allowed to go ape shit, so maybe that's just not the vibe of game or story you enjoy watching?
No, this all seems like pretty consistent characterization to me. Imagine a recently-divorced, sexually-frustrated Karen suddenly became a "loose-cannon" cop and this is what you get: a petty, overly-sensitive, trigger-happy mess.
She’s playing a 50-something divorcée; her behavior in character has been TOTALLY consistent with that. Honestly this kind of whinging makes you sound sexist, and it also shows that you don’t have a professional’s appreciation for which parts of the game actually make it funny. Jack Manhattan doesn’t matter. He’s an archetype. He’s the Die Hard guy. How often do you hear people say “John McClane” as opposed to “oh, that was in Die Hard”? Answer: you don’t. The genre of action movies IS the character this season. Deal with it.

What I love about this season is the characters are meant to be INSANE and the players are being just that…INSANE!
