Donny, it’s good to see you n BBR n Tinman n uncle Harvey all hanging out. I think that it would be cool if all 4 of you guys could do a simultaneous live!
Nice to see you again Harv. I myself am an old school old guy from Maine that’s run 2 strokes since the 70’s and love your approach to making engines run well.
You are a joy of life. We all thank you for always being you and sharing what you love. Great man, right here. I enjoy your content and learn tons from you. I'm 38 and appreciate your words. God bless you on your journey and work, my friend.
Enjoy watching you and Tinman teaching us your tips and tricks. Tinman will love that 362. Glad they're figuring your heart issues and I hope for continuing improvement. We all have to hold back in order to heal as agrivating as it is. See you on the next video👍
Them 372s are like the ole 289 Ford engine……something special. Thanks so much for all you do. Your information is invaluable and very appreciated. I look forward to your videos . Praying for your speedy recovery.
Glad you're back at the bench! I ported my first chainsaw, a 372xp...wow does it run better! Thanks for sharing your knowledge with us and looking forward to watching Tinman when he gets that 372xp! You're a good man uncle Harv!
Makes us happy when you're out there too Horse I'm glad you can get better You got a lot of teaching left to do You and the family have a good safe weekend shows you just how good you are your condition you're still building great saws!
Dang that 372 sounds angry! That’s a very generous gift of knowledge for the tinman, those few months will fly by and we look forward to seeing you out running saws and cutting wood! Take care Harve
Glad to see you doing better mr. Harv Ironhorseson💪 Dropping a world of knowledge as always, highly appreciated🙏 Wish you a great Easter, and speedy recovery
Can`t wait to see how those saws run. Still, take it easy and recover slowly. You have knowledge that many dont understand, amaysing saws that you build. Big respect.😎💪
Great to see you and another video. I've been saving your videos about 066's. More so 064's. I've rebuilt an 064 and playing with its porting. I appreciate all you do. Stay safe and take care.
Good to see you're still working in the shop. Take it easy and keep pacing yourself. We'll all be here ready to learn from you. Keep healing and take care of you.
IRONHORSE, you have Blessed me in so many ways. through educating me, through sharing your life stories with me and through your heartfelt wisdom that you have shared with me freely over the years. IRONHORSE, you have made me a better husband, father and man, God Bless and protect your kind and loving soul for doing that for me:) You are a real standup Man:)
It is so awesome to see you back at it! I was worried you had the big one or something! I started watching you and Tinman and Buckin’ in January when I was stuck home with Covid. I love chainsaws and working in the woods. Been doing that stuff my whole life. But I have recently learned so much about chainsaws from you guys! Love your channel! Glad you are feeling better! You got this!
066's still rule the woods. I am currently building a 372 similar to how you did this one, cylinder choice is key to the build. OEM cylinders have changed over the past couple of years and has changed how I am building them. Looking forward cutting with it. Stay strong, I suspect you won't be able to resist pulling the trigger on your 066 in the wood. Take care.👍
Hi Harvey, it's good to see you doing what you love and want to do. I enjoy the knowledge you share it's helped me work on and build several very strong nice running work saws. I for one am glad your willing to share your years of experience with us, it's priceless!
Build a pile of saws and stock pile them if I mean when you die Mrs iron horse will be setting on a gold mine I mean your saws are already heavily thought after but when you pass they will be absolutely legendary but please don't go anytime soon I'm broke and It ain't no joke and your one of my favorite story tellers thank you bang on bud
Glad to hear your making progress and hopefully you keep getting better. Had a family member go through a very similar situation recently. Any progress updates on my blue saw? Can it please be put in front of another Buckin Saw or any other saws that have been there FAR LESS TIME.
glad to see ya out in the shop, tinman's gonna love it ,thats some good info ill be puttin alot of the info you have supplied us to work shortly ,cant wait and thank you
Hi harv. have a good day. Thanks to your influence I'm tearing apart at 372 xpg for my brother. He got it as a parts saw because the bearings went out of it. Fun project I'm trying to follow your 372 without messing with the timings. Don't have a timing wheel yet.
Like you I'm fallin' apart. Heart murmur, breathin' problems, bad right shoulder & bad knees. Last saw I built was a Stihl 660 & using it sold the saw that same day. Guy that bought it is still smilin'! Bothers me I can't do a lot of work anymore but I can teach others of what I know. Hang in there!
Can't wait to see them saws run. Hopefully, the rain holds off for yall. Stay strong Harv, continued prayers for you and all the support for you and your friends. Tinman will be excited like a kid on Christmas. That's going to be great. We're here for ya Harv. Take care
Harvey, God’s blessings for your healing. Rest and trust in God. Thanks for all your wealth of knowledge, kindness and the natural teacher you are. Enthusiasm galore and delightful. 🙏🇨🇦 Your in my prayers, Amen
My g660 pro had crazy timing numbers out the box. Ex opened 93° In opened 82° it wasn't very impressive. It got a Hiway cylinder now That opens EX 97° IN opens 81°. It runs really good but it still seems like it's lacking some torque. It has a Duke's pop up piston and only has 165 compression. I'm thinking about cutting the bace and chamber for more compression and drop the exhaust roof to around 100° and epoxy the intake. I have a video of it on my channel.
I’m working on my first port job on my farmertec ms660 kit saw. I put a hyway crank in it and am working with a hyway cylinder with pop up piston. I was really surprised by the intake numbers stock. 160 total duration with the base gasket and 165ish without. I’m thinking I’ll have to jb weld the intake. Not sure if I should run the base gasket or not. The squish is 17 w/out the base gasket. 29 with the base gasket. I’m sure I’ll get it worked out. Really didn’t want to be jb welding the intake on my first porting attempt, but here we are.
Get well soon Harv💪 Question, in regards to the decomp popping prematurely in high compression builds. Can a guy drill an extra hole in em like I’ve seen guys do in husqvarna’s? Thanks in advance for your input and your stand with humanity ☮️ ❤️
Keep on that recovery path, Harvey. Get your carb tuned up, brother. A good friend is letting me use his 066 mag. Dude... that Isa different animal than I have ever been around! I'll confirm EXACTLY what you are talking about with how that saw revs. It acted like it had a two speed transmission! It'll four stroke for a second and then hang on to your a$$! I thought there was something wrong with it at first!
Harvey..... I have added you to the prayer list at my church. You now have three thousand more people praying for you🙏
Get yourself well Harvey we will be right here for you!! Prayers for continued healing and successful procedure!!
Glad your doing good Harvey

@THE IRONHORSE no wonder the stock bearings only lasted a year in the saw. They had plastic in them from factory. Bad design
@@wierd-al_3336 I never understood why they did that!
