@IBangedHerTwice well, at least he didn't give him a ticket for vehicular manslaughter. But really, i think it's the opposite. It shows young minds that reckless driving equals consequences. Of course they are too young to grasp the concept of law, crime and the judicial system, but it's a start. It also teaches kids about dense drivers who make poor choices, all in a rather humorous way.
