kinda is funny seeing Wesker as this all talk and show guy getting absolutely reamed by a more formidable foe. It adds agency to Alexia and the power of the T veronica virus.
Even in the PS2 version, Wesker clearly lost, so I don't know what everyone's moaning about. I took it as the PS2 version showing that Wesker is much more than a man, but still far less than the T-Veronica virus has made Alexia. He does his best move, sprinting so fast he's a blur and punching her with a blow that would have decapitated a human, and she barely even notices. So Wesker immediately runs away. It's not like he was blocking her attacks effortlessly like Neo fighting Agent Smith at the end of The Matrix. He still got beaten. He just actually tried to fight back before realising how massively outclassed he was and running away. Which is what he would have done - one of Wesker's predeominant traits is his arrogance. He would have thought he could take her until his attack had no effect.
Why is "the PS2 version"? The retconned scene is in all the platforms in which the game is available, and that counts the Dreamcast too. As a matter of fact, the Dreamcast is the only system which has both versions of the scene available on the same platform.
You must've watched a completely different video than the one posted here, then. The difference is MASSIVE. One shows the vast superiority in her power, whereas the other shows that Wesker is only slightly behind her. One shows that this new virus is far stronger and dangerous, whereas the other shows that it is only a little bit stronger and thus not as big of a threat as it should be made out to be. It makes no sense.
The first scene is good and makes sense if you played OG RE1 it fits more with that Wesker, but the second scene fits a lot better with the Wesker we got in RE1Remake and RE4 who is strategic and analytical. Plus there is something good about Wesker knowing Chris is still alive and better yet in the same building. In that moment it looked like he was going to punch Chris but Alexia burned his arm, showing that even with the Virus stuff and it being his main mission there that Wesker sees getting at Chris as more important in that moment
The DC version makes Alexia look like a complete powerhouse. Though, the PS2 "hd" remake shows the fact that Wesker is no longer human a lot better, hell, even though he pulled those badass stunts he was still outclassed by Alexia.
The retconned scene was released at the same time for the Dreamcast and PS2. In fact, I have the feeling that it was created for the Dreamcast, then ported to the PS2, and both released when the PS2 version was ready. It's more correct to differenciate them as the original version and the Complete/X version.
I think the second version makes more sense in terms of Chris being able to fight off Alexia. If Wesker got his ass handed completely, what chance would Chris have?
It's only a very small number of people that don't like Wesker compared to the number of fans that actually do like him. The smaller portion is just louder
She still took that punch like nothing and tagged his ass with her fire while he was using his super speed. Even the comics confirmed she was way superior in power here.
@@satoshikatsumoto9007 he wasn't nothing... Wesker was inferior to Alexia but he still stood a good fight, this is what the definitive version shows us. In the dream cast version he looks so defenseless that it's ridiculous. It's like he has no super power and wasn't even able to defend himself by dodging Alexia's attacks like even Chris does later. So glad they retconned it, especially since what we saw Wesker capable of doing in RE 5.
Yes, it's so annoying that people want them to jump to RE5 so fast. Give Steve, Alfred and especially Alexia another chance. Code Veronica actually needs a remake.
@@A_RUclips_Commenter Yes, there are novels of RE 1, 2, 3, Code Veronica and 0 by S. D. Perry that give more character depth, fills in plotholes and differs a little from the canon. The Code Veronica novel is based on the Dreamcast version and Alexia is insanely powerful in the book. T-Veronica gives her telepathy, telekinesis, pyrokinesis and she has advanced awareness being able to stretch her consciousness beyond her body. She was able to see Clair and Steve escaping, she later used it to see and talk to Chris and Wesker on ROckford Island. There's audiobooks of the novels here on youtube, I love the novel version of ALexia.
I prefer the CVX version. Yeah in the two Wesker's lost the fight, but i like more the CVX because this version show more of him during the game like extras cutscenes being the meeting with Claire, this one and the final fight between Chris and Wesker and show to us that Wesker is not like a "normal human" anymore but still shows that the T-Veronica really increases the power of his host
It was too over the top. Plus, they had less than a minute to escape. It was like don't they need to leave right now before the place blows? Kinda stupid.
@@clamshell6863 almost every game have something like that "10 minutes to detonation" but the guys wai just to hear the final words of the villain, and this links with RE5 and what motivated Chris to get stronger after he get beaten by Wesker
Tbh Wesker was younger and weaker here and yeah i prefer the CVX version as well he's more mature and he's a lot smarter choosing not to interacting with Alexia.
DC version showed why wesker seek for Uroboros. He got T virus but it wasn't enough and he was bullied by Alexia so he had to seek for a stronger virus, so that he could become the strongest. This make more sense.
@@TheAnhphuong92 Wrong, Wesker obtains the Veronica virus from Steve's dead body and develops the Uruboros virus as the DEFINITIVE virus for his New World.
Wesker was always my favorite character, but the Dreamcast version of this scene was always a favorite of mine. Alexia was ‘put over’ so well. Having her easily toy with an unprepared Wesker, even after we’d seen his new powers, his sneaky escape, Chris’ unsuccessful attempt to get upstairs unnoticed and the musical layout are all spot on to me. I’m not saying ‘it’s better’, I just always remember the updated version feeling unnecessarily different, and it took away from Alexia’s mystique. I mean, Wesker never looked weak to me, she’s the final boss. Less is more, and the tease of Wesker’s new look/yellow eyes were already awesome without using them again here. Both are great, I just thought the original was perfectly appropriate. Such a magnificent game.
"*Make your pitch, and make it good.* Wesker cleared his throat, stepping forward and taking off his sunglasses. “Alexia, my name is Albert Wesker. I represent a group who has long admired your work, and have been eagerly awaiting your, ah, return.” She watched him impassively, head tilted slightly, her back straight and stiff. She looked like a debutante at her first society party. “And may I add that it’s a personal honor to meet you,” Wesker said sincerely. “My employers told me all about you. I know your father sired you with the genes of his own great-great grandmother, Veronica- that with her genetic material, the very foundation of the Ashford line, he created you and Alfred to be the culmination of genius. Veronica would surely be proud. “I know you created T-Veronica in her honor…” Careful, he probably shouldn’t mention what had happened to her father, don’t botch this up, “…and that you are the only, ah, being alive with access to the virus.” “I am the virus,” Alexia said coolly, studying him through narrowed eyes. “Yes, of course,” Wesker said. God, he hated this diplomatic shit, he was terrible at it, but he wanted to impress her, to impress upon her how valuable she was to certain interested parties. “So,” he continued, thinking how much easier things would have been if he’d gotten to her in stasis, “I would like it very much-we would all appreciate it if you would agree to accompany me to a private meeting with my employers, to discuss an alliance of sorts. I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed.” She waited to see if he was finished-and then laughed, long and loud. Wesker felt himself flush. It was clear from her tone exactly what she thought of his request. Fine. Nice time is over. Wesker stepped forward and held out his hand. “We want a sample of T-Veronica,” he said, the gloss disappearing from his voice. “And I’m going to have to insist that you give it to me.” As she started down the stairs, for just a second he thought she was going to do it-but then she started to change, and he stopped thinking anything. He could only stare, his awe returning tenfold. A step down, and her dress burned away in searing veins of golden light, the light coming from her body. Another step, and her flesh changed, turned a deep gray, her hair disappearing, gray flesh locks growing from the top of her head and flopping down to frame her face. Her nakedness was transformed with her next step, as rough, pebbled armor grew over one leg and her groin, curled up to support a rounded breast, to cover her right arm. By the time she reached the bottom of the stairs, she no longer resembled Alexia Ashford. His breath taken away, Wesker reached for her- and with the back of her hand, she struck him, and then he was flying, landing in a heap by the front door. Such power! He stood up, understanding that force might be useful, and prepared himself to move, to use his own power- -and with a smile, she waved her hand and fire burst up from the marble floor, lines of it surrounding him, beckoned to life by her slender fingers. She lowered her hand and the flames went down but didn’t die, still burning from stone, from bare stone. Wesker knew then that it was over. If she chose to spare him, he’d be lucky. Without another word, he turned and walked out, running as soon as the door had closed behind him. The part-creature left, and only seconds later, the young man followed, believing that he’d escaped unseen. Alexia watched them run, amused but slightly disappointed. She’d expected more. The part-creature was no threat, and she decided to spare him. His arrogance had pleased her, if not his pathetic “offer.” The young man, though… brave and self-sacrificing, loyal, compassionate. Physically, a good specimen. And he loved his sister, who was about to die-it would make for an interesting physiological reaction. Alexia decided that she would create a confrontation for them to interact. She would test a new form for herself and see if his grief made him bolder, or if it proved to be a liability- She laughed, suddenly imagining a suitable, an apt form to take. Except for Alfred, no one had known the simple secret of T-Veronica, that it was based on the chemistry of a queen ant. She would try an insectile configuration, experience the strengths and advantages that such a form would propose. Her disappointment was passed. The girl and her boy would die, and then she would indulge herself with the young man." (excerpt from the Code Veronica novelization, by SD Perry)
I alwaya thought Wesker would have been almost defeated by Alexia when i was playing, but they ended up fighting equally. I realized it from this video.
My headcanon for Wesker being weaker here is that he was still experimenting/improving his own abilities with T/G/Uroboros. He is stronger by the time of 5.
I can't believe after 23 years i found that Alexia is complety based on Rose from Titanic. This exactly moment when she's in the stairs with the exactly same dress, necklace, even her gloves are in Titanic's scene when she saw Jack waiting for her in the dinner. I wonder if Steve (Dreamcast Ver.) was really based on Leonardo Dicaprio before they change his look in PS2 ver. Take a look: ruclips.net/video/hkByLs73_Lo/видео.html&feature=shares&t=93
I don’t get the controversy. As has been pointed out by others, Wesker retreats in both versions. In defense of the Dreamcast version, Wesker cheated death and is overconfident. Alexia reminds him that he is not untouchable. He didn’t seek her out for nothing, he pursued her because he believed the T-Veronica virus to be powerful and Alexia demonstrated that it is. Their fight should also be viewed within the context of their history: Wesker, Alexia and Birkin were colleagues and rivals. They were ambitious but respected each other. I think the Dreamcast version does a better job of flushing out their history. Wesker got smacked around and gave Alexia her due.
You just answered your own statement why it is controversy. It was stupid to overpower Wesker just for the fanboys. He got his ass handled to him by Alexia in the original version to show why Wesker was so interested to looking for Alexia and the T-Veronica virus. Why would he even care if he was just as strong as her, which they made it seem like that in the newer versions?
@@greatestnitemare6626 They didn't make it seem at all in the new version. He legit ran dude wtf are you on he punched her after displaying superhuman reflexes and it did fuck all to her. I like that Wesker retreated. It shows how new his powers were to him and made sense why he had so much trouble. RE5 Wesker though would have destroyed her with all the skills he honed since, so it doesn't hurt the legitimacy of his powers and it doesn't hurt to have Alexia be stronger at just this point in time.

It's not a PS2/GameCube version, it's a Dreamcast/PS2/GameCube version. It's absurd to differenciate the scene per platform when it was present in all the platforms that had the game, Dreamcast included. The Dreamcast was the only system with both versions of the scene available.
This is funny, I'm used to seeing the PS2 cutscene. It looks cooler (matrix film was big at the time) but the Dreamcast version is hilarious, Veronica just smacks Wesker around 😆
Wesker: "The only existing sample is in your body. I want it NOW!!!" (Alexia proceeds to bitch slap Wesker around.) Wesker: "Whoa, what Power!!" (Wesker runs away, never seen again in the game)
Just curious: Did Wesker get stronger as time went on? Like, would RE5 Wesker be able to take this Alexia? I feel that he would at that point, since he could do all of those crazy Matrix stunts and "teleporting" of his compared to here. I could be wrong, though. I understand that Alexia is very powerful in this game, so feel free to let me know what's up.
Yes, as he was injecting himself with more viruses, and training his powers (Code Veronica happens like months after RE2 & RE3, and those games happens months after RE1, while RE5 is more than a decade after)
@@jeanduresau But it is never said that he injected himself with more virus and that yes he took a serum to keep the virus stable in his body. Alexia literally beats Wesker in Code Veronica and RE5
The primary distinction between the two lies in Wesker departing from Alexia earlier and not encountering Chris again, whereas in the alternative scenario, he faces Alexia and quickly assigns Chris the responsibility of handling her. At present, Wesker has an extraordinary Matrix-like power that provides him with superhuman strength, but what motivates him to pursue Alexia? The reason could be that Wesker desired more power, his abilities started to diminish, and he aimed to obtain extra viruses for immortality and limitless power. In the initial scene (Dreamcast), he avoids confronting Alexia, while in the significantly altered scene (PS2), he prepares to engage in battle briefly but chooses to leave through the door upon seeing Chris; what caused him to stop the confrontation? Why did he hold back from battling in the first scene? Recall when Alexia hit Wesker, rendering him defenseless? Wesker stumbled back and struggled to endure, yelling "MY POWER," signifying that his strengths had been affected. Upon seeing Chris in the second scene and intending to pursue him to attack during Alexia's battle, Alexia scorched his hand, causing Wesker to retreat. All this suggests that for some reason, Wesker became susceptible after meeting Alexia; her power was so immense that it could weaken anyone's strength through their blood, and in the first scene where she attacked him, he likely experienced a decline in his abilities, making him unable to combat. The situation stays unchanged in the second scene; nonetheless, to satisfy the fans, they incorporated a fight that allows Wesker's participation without diminishing his strength prematurely. This time, rather than using a slap to extract his powers, Alexia required her flames to diminish his power, and that was when he became weak, which is why Wesker assigned Chris the task of eliminating Alexia. I'm not entirely sure, but it must solely be my fan fiction, so it's untrue and merely a proposal, a basic hypothesis.
Also I said "MY POWER!" instead of "WHAT POWER?" Forget it, Capcom just decided not to create a Matrix characteristics of Wesker in the Dreamcast version, but as I said, this is my fan fiction, essentially a theory I aimed to share.
I like the Dreamcast version better. It was the original one I saw when I played it. I was shocked at the changes when I played the PS2 version. I like Wesker but Alexia nailed him. The thought of the 2 villains confronting each other was interesting.
I prefer the first one. The 2nd one makes Alexia look like an idiot. Wesker just runs out the front door and she just looks at him and and does nothing, she only throws fire when he's already gone. In the first atleast, she looks back to kill Chris aswell but Wesker escapes only because she was distracted by Chris for a second.
why do people say dreamcast wesker is a virgin even tho it looks way more realistic wesker just died escaped umbrella lost acess to all his work and files to the red queen lost his only friend and partner the g virus the t veronica virus since he was planing to take it before she wake up and she was stronger than the leech queen from 0 and G birkins alexia is crazy strong and scary fire is the weakness to the t virus of course wesker got the fk out of there before he died thats a desperate man not a final boss from resident evil 5 i mean he is still so young and is trying not to lose his marbles
I like both versions i like the dc version a little more wesker didn't really have anyone to go toe to toe with power wise hes encountered tyrants but the DC version shows how powerful alexia was after being asleep for so long maturing the T-veronica virus you could see a little bit of fear in wesker's facial expression compared to version most know where wesker tries to fight back only making Alexia stagger slightly
Fans have debated for almost 2 decades on who should/would win in a full fight between wesker and alexia however one thing you nobody can deny is that Lisa Trevor would beat them both up
I'm here bc i watched the re 5 ending and thought wesker reminded me of liquid snake So i googled it, bc the influence is SO strong on his later incarnation and saw all these people sayin wesker would fuck liquid up. And that made me mad bc it felt like, esp since he got beat by two humans after dancing around bullets that his strength was a visual metaphor more than anything. It reminded me of the difference between a character in the original mgs and their power and then the twin snakes remakes and how that game stylistically would make its characters way way stronger and faster just by nature of "bullet time" being popular now. So the fact that the new wesker at the end of re 5 was super influenced by bullet time, and no doubt Twin Snakes itself as well as the original MGS just made me feel so weird and powerless. And then people pointing to him fighting "alexia" as proof but as i watched this i was confused. Then i read the comments and now i am sick. Also seeing tamar braxton belittle ricky williams on celebrity big brother this morning gives me the same feeling.
Seeing it back to back with these stilted graphics and that "YOURE COMING WITH ME" i just watched history get rewritten and i had no idea this whole time Like wesker bein like "since youre one of my best men ill let you handle this" is the ghost of wesker triumphing the spirit that animates him. I prefer the second version. In the first he comes across as incompetent and cowardly. Whereas the second he’s shown to still be outmatched but more strategic and powerful. Instead of outright trying to fight her, he sees an opportunity and uses it.
This scene is a great example of how fan service can ruin a great moment and a story. In the DC version, this scene was one of my favorites. Alexia is the key antagonist of this story and it's a great moment to watch her toss Wesker around like a rag doll. Capcom decided that more Wesker fan service was needed for the "X" version so now they have Wesker holding his own in a fight with Alexia. Not only does it diminish a powerful scene, it also makes no sense. If Wesker's new bosses have already given him something to make him nearly as powerful as Alexia then why the Hell does he need to steal her virus in the first place? Hers, which seems to require 10 years in cold storage to incubate in a host seems a hell of a lot less practical than his.
Your acting like he overpowered her or something. They showed the fight to be less one sided but thats it. Wesker still couldn't take her down tho I don't think he was actually trying to anyway.
Yeah and also for more Wesker fan service he is given a small fight at the end which really shows how badly people wanted Wesker to do something in the game. He is overhyped and the reality is he got stomped pure and simple and if he actually tried a run and jump like that in an actual fight against Alexia. She would just grab him then incinerate every cell in his body thus Wesker is shown how he truly stacks up against a superior foe
Even in the PS2 version, Wesker clearly lost, so I don't know what you're talking about. I take it as the PS2 version showing that Wesker is more than a man, but still far less than the T-Veronica virus has made Alexia. I’m glad they changed it to be honest. Alexia is the main villain in CV, but Wesker is the main villain in the entire series. The second scene was played perfectly. An evenly matched fight that didn’t make either look like a total bitch. Making your series main antagonist look weak would have been silly

I like second version better, he is suppose to be known to be extremely powerful but so arrogant about his powers that he doesnt try. That personality goes on up to RE5 where he can easily kill Chris, but keeps toying with him until the moment he gets injected, he went all out, but struggled to do so. The first version, Wesker isnt that weak. I mean, yeah we can say it helps shows us how inexperience Wesker is with his powers, but he already have them long enough to know how its used. Its weird to consider Alexia being stronger than Wesker, yet was beaten by Chris.
@@simplymad6283 not really. She hit him once and he hit her once. Wesker could've stayed and beaten her if he wanted to. But instead he let Chris do his dirty work. Smart strategy. Two enemies take each other out and he takes the virus sample afterwards. Think of it this way. If Chris could beat Alexis then Wesker certainly could.
@@simplymad6283 so explain how a normal human in Chris was able to beat her? Wesker destroyed Chris multiple times in this game. So how could Chris in any capacity be able to beat Alexia and not a super human in Wesker? Wesker is a chess player and picks his moments.
Granted I'm 6yrs late on commenting but I think there should have been a third sequence. Everything plays out just like the second version where Wesker can fight back against Alexia and when she throws her flames at Wesker and Chris, Wesker asks Chris for help in fighting her.
I mean sure she may of beat his ass today but if Wesker was in his Re5 version he'd infect her with his Uroboros virus and the virus would have taken over her due to already having a virus.
Some of the changes in Code Veronica X were nice but I honestly did not agree with all. This scene I felt mostly should have been left alone. If they were ever to remake code veronica, this scene should be more like how it was in the dreamcast. It's a shame the dreamcast version is never included as a playable version in these HD releases. Code: Veronica was my favorite entry in the series before the direction was rebooted in RE4. I also liked that Alexia stood out as being a fast, small villian that made her more unique compared to the other villains that would eventually mutate into some design with tentacles, spikes, or blob with multiple limbs.
@Locust QueenI'd rather not. However, I wouldnt think Capcom would decide so easily on doing every single thing the fans want. I'm pretty sure after RE6 Capcom has thoroughly been more careful making their own design choices over their fan's demands.
I think the remake did a more realistic showing of wesker; since in the movies he was capable of holding his own against alice. Wesker being weaker than alexia would mean that alice too would also be weaker than alexia. Personally i just don't see that being the case.
He was never weaker than her. Most people completely misunderstand this scene. Al wanted to capture Alexia alive and decided rather than risk killing her to use Chris to test her abilities just as he used their team for combat data in the mansion. And her virus proved to be completely worthless. He could have torn her heart out with his bare hand if he wanted to, hell Chris can render her unconscious with a dozen cuts from a knife.

@tuckTuck-20 I'm not arguing, I'm stating the facts of the canon. He literally spells it out for you. He states multiple times he came to capture her. He demands she come with him willingly. A live subject is more useful and less costly than having to clone a dead one, he needed to test the virus, otherwise he would have just killed her without a word. Steve was a last resort since Chris proved she wasn't as powerful as she seemed by killing her. He wanted a pathogen to wipe out every other living being and found her creation to be a failure. That is why he pursued other research. You don't even seem to know the purposes of the development of each virus, which were never the same so there's no comparison between them. Wesker instantly became evolved by his injection, Alexia required fifteen years to bond with her virus and was still less powerful and prone to losing herself to mutations. She has none of Wesker's speed, strength, or healing capabilities, hence why Chris beats her so easily.

This game needs the remake treatment after RE4. The whole story is important to the characters and lore.

@@deadwalkin12345 Concur. An underappreciated gem of an analysis.
"*Make your pitch, and make it good.*
Wesker cleared his throat, stepping forward and taking off his sunglasses. “Alexia, my name is Albert Wesker. I represent a group who has long admired your work, and have been eagerly awaiting your, ah, return.”
She watched him impassively, head tilted slightly, her back straight and stiff.
“I know you created T-Veronica in her honor…” Careful, he probably shouldn’t mention what had happened to her father, don’t botch this up, “…and that you are the only, ah, being alive with access to the virus.”
“I am the virus,” Alexia said coolly, studying him through narrowed eyes.
I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed.”
She waited to see if he was finished-and then laughed, long and loud. Wesker felt himself flush. It was clear from her tone exactly what she thought of his request.
Fine. Nice time is over.
Wesker stepped forward and held out his hand. “We want a sample of T-Veronica,” he said, the gloss disappearing from his voice. “And I’m going to have to insist that you give it to me.”
As she started down the stairs, for just a second he thought she was going to do it-but then she started to change, and he stopped thinking anything.
Such power!
He stood up, understanding that force might be useful, and prepared himself to move, to use his own power-
-and with a smile, she waved her hand and fire burst up from the marble floor, lines of it surrounding him, beckoned to life by her slender fingers.
She would test a new form for herself and see if his grief made him bolder, or if it proved to be a liability-
She laughed, suddenly imagining a suitable, an apt form to take. Except for Alfred, no one had known the simple secret of T-Veronica, that it was based on the chemistry of a queen ant. She would try an insectile configuration, experience the strengths and advantages that such a form would propose.
Her disappointment was passed. The girl and her boy would die, and then she would indulge herself with the young man."

I like that Wesker retreated. It shows how new his powers were to him and made sense why he had so much trouble. RE5 Wesker though would have destroyed her with all the skills he honed since, so it doesn't hurt the legitimacy of his powers and it doesn't hurt to have Alexia be stronger at just this point in time.
I think if Alexia survived to RE5 she still would've stomped Wesker, she definitely would've made herself stronger over the years like he did.

HD version is the better one. Wesker is not a pushover. He loses, but does so with more dignity than in the DC version.
"Wesker is the strongerest. He's always right and doesn't get hurt never. Goo goo guh guh"

So i googled it, bc the influence is SO strong on his later incarnation and saw all these people sayin wesker would fuck liquid up.

Alexia is stronger than Wesker in this game.
I prefer the second version. In the first he comes across as incompetent and cowardly. Whereas the second he’s shown to still be outmatched but more strategic and powerful. Instead of outright trying to fight her, he sees an opportunity and uses it.
"Yoo ar nut wurthy of etz POWAH!!"
He does his best move, sprinting so fast he's a blur and punching her with a blow that would have decapitated a human, and she barely even notices. So Wesker immediately runs away.
It's not like he was blocking her attacks effortlessly like Neo fighting Agent Smith at the end of The Matrix. He still got stomped. He just actually tried to fight back before realising how outclassed he was and running away.
Which is what he would have done - one of Wesker's predeominant traits is his arrogance. He would have thought he could take her until his attack had no effect.
I’m glad they changed it to be honest. Alexia is the main villain in CV, but Wesker is the main villain in the entire series. The second scene was played perfectly. An evenly matched fight that didn’t make either look like a total bitch. Making your series main antagonist look weak would have been silly

The first version, Wesker isnt that weak. I mean, yeah we can say it helps shows us how inexperience Wesker is with his powers, but he already have them long enough to know how its used. Its weird to consider Alexia being stronger than Wesker, yet was beaten by Chris.

If they remade this scene you already know Matrix Wesker is coming back lol and would probs add even more moves for him.

I’m more of a Nemesis fan but Wesker here is just plain too weak and it is obviously showcased Alexia is stronger than Wesker in every way
I prefer resident Evil Code verónica X
Wesker was a poor loser in DC ver, but turned into a cool guy in HD ver lmo.
huh?
Resident Evil!......Hmmmm?🤔 What was the purpose of them putting Alice in there? Huh?🤔 i mean why they didn't stick to the game and have chris and jill but we know they show up later and i just forgot how they had her story anyway? Alice!🤔
my dad take Resdient evil games he say its bad want to do something to him???? want to bring it back?
wat
I'm pretty sure he took the games because of your attitude.
Pero a esto lo tuvieron q cambiar porq weker ahi actuo como un cobarde salio corriendo ademas el podia ganarle a alexia pero se lo deja a chris para q el la debilite o algo asi jaja
No podia ganar aunque te duela
This garbage retcon to pander the Wesker fanshits shows that fanservice can ruin meaningful moments, the Dreamcast version is far superior since it shows that Wesker despite being superhuman there are beings much more powerful than him.
The Dreamcast version of Resident Evil: Code Veronica is the superior one since it has all the original content in all its glory.
still a shit resident evil
Dreamcast better
I tell ppl all the time and they refuse to believe that a characters they never heard of would dog-walk Wesker.
Where the Feminazis at?
Ño.
But can't you see? Wesker can't be humiliated! Most of his fans would cry seeing their idol get beaten up.
I've had the dreamcast on lauch day..bought the 1st resident evil on DC(bcuz i was hyped over it) and saw wesker get beat up...its true he lost lol
I can only speak for myself, but I absolutely think the Dreamcast one is perfect.
i want my Resident evil game back it was a good game my dad keep saying its bad
CVX was better.
Second scene is better
