I'm surprised you don't have a Neo Geo. Its a core machine that all arcade collectors should own.
Perhaps you could put all those Neo Geo Components into the empty Out Run Cabaret cabinet. Create your own custom Neo Geo Mini
I’m more of an early 80s Golden Age fan and focus less on 90s stuff like the Neo Geo, but I could definitely see myself getting into it! It’d be great to find a cheap generic cabinet to toss this MVS setup into, but I’d probably want to eventually get a 2-slot or 4-slot.
On the outrun cab, what type of rom chip does it use? I have used a product in tuning Honda ecu's called a "two timer". It allows you to have two chips side by side but a switch between the two. Then you could have both games and switch back and forth on the fly.
I'm not sure about the type of ROM chips, but most folks use PCB switchers (JAMMA or otherwise) to be able to play multiple games in the same cabinet. Also, I think OutRun and Turbo OutRun use slightly different CPUs. It’s a great game, but Sega made so many of them here. It’s one of the more affordable classic games.
I would throw in a modded OG Xbox on that Outrun cab and put 2006 on it! That would make a great conversion!

Nice pick ups! I think it would be easiest just to cut a new front door out of a piece of particle board/plywood since it's on hinges. It would make for the best cosmetic result for sure, compared to messing around with a bondo repair...
You might be right, especially since this front door is just plain black, and it’s got a vinyl wrap on it that can’t be repaired.
I know what the CP is from but I won’t spoil it yet for the viewers. ;-)
Do you have marquees and CPs for all the Sente games too, or just the carts mostly?
i had the full size stand up turbo outrun , monitor went then i sold it and golden tee 2005. now i have a kick4cash cab that i have a naomi 1 inside , and a pool fortunes that im converting to use a pi with mame
What kind of monitor was in your Turbo OutRun?
@overtimearcade it was either a polo or a hantrex it kept sparking from the anod cap , then the screen would go different colours , I done a cap repair , replaced the flyback and checked voltage to the mosfet. but still had same problem , neck glow was OK, so I think it was the tube itself .

Not really sure what Bally sente arcade that control panel is, I only see Bally sente mini golf in the wild and I always felt the missing children screen was unsettling when playing that game.
