The only way it would have even a slight chance would it be if it was immune to the acid blood. At that point I could see indominus Rex winning it has a strong hide its intelligent and I would say it's probably bigger and stronger than your average queen when it comes to full mass. The queen isn't small but she is definitely stringey, where as the indominus Rex is all thick muscle and can camouflage
