I went to Switzerland this summer and they had some huge gondolas. When I was at university there was only one ski resort that had a gondola (at least that’s what I remember hearing at the time).

Many of the bigger resorts have those six person chairs now.
I left out that there was only supposed to be one gondola in New York State.
