Simply A Fan I believe that the original line-up in 2012 was in AB entertainment, and in 2014, they sign a contract with Yedang Entertainment, which is when they release Up and Down. I hope that answers your question because I'm pretty sure the dance practice room in Banana is the same, it's just the lighting that makes you feel like it's more modern and pretty

the dance studio that you saw in "Up & Down" dance practice the studio of a dance company "YAMA & Hotchicks", which created "Up & Down" dance and also "Ah Yeah", "Hot Pink" dance. However, EXID never belong to that company.
Their former company, Yedang Entertainment changed names last year to Banana Culture because they teamed up with the Chinese company Banana Project. Essentially its the same company as before with a new name and strong partners in the Chinese market. Before all that they were with AB Entertainment.
