I think the semifinal should be like this based on my formula:
Borussia Dortmund vs Germany.
Real Madrid vs England.
And, in the end, we have Germany vs Real Madrid Final!

Example: Spain : Real Madrid

Germany : Leverkusen
And if the National that didn’t have a team in FC 24 will replace by the Club from rest of the world
That won't be happen, because some countries (like Georgia, Romania, Albania) don't have any licensed clubs in FC 24.

Suggestion. What if UEFA competitions were divided into leagues and had promotion and relegation? You put the teams that are in the knockout stages of European competitions in the Bundesliga because it is the only league in the game that has 3 divisions and simulates around 10 seasons. It would look like this
