U should randomize the values of players in carrier mode with a limited budget each season trying to win the champions league with any team. U can have a spin the wheel which gives u challenges, amazing opportunities such as increase budget, and the number of players u can sign in a season, bad opportunities like releasing players, lowering your budget, can only sign free agents, etc

I might be wrong but I think they were always Czechia, English speaking countries were the ones who gave them the name Czech Republic but it changed recently to be more in line with their reference. Similar to Turkey requesting to be called Türkiye, Persia asking to be called Iran, and Burma asking to be called Myanmar - those were always the names, they were just called something else in the English speaking world
