Oohhh. . . love how the planter turned out! The corner already looks beautiful but once everything starts to really grow and bloom, it's going to look amazing!
Erin, you never cease to amaze me. I love, love, love the pot and the driftwood is amazing! I can’t wait to see it in its full beauty. Thanks for sharing! 💕
I love the combinations and the piece of driftwood added the perfect touch! I didn’t think anything could improve the plants that were there until it was put in place! Beautiful! 👌💕👍
The drift wood is a great addition to any part of a garden. When I lived in Racine, I would find all sorts of stuff along the shores of Lake Michigan. I have been watching your channel for years. The creativity is what keeps me returning. And you have the kind of approach that suits me well. I love the Ostrich ferns for sure!
I love this planter! Love the Gaura, the strawberries, the ornamental oregano, the Lamondra, the driftwood, and the beautiful silver shade of the container. Wowza!
One thing i like to do is add clumps of purple beans in my garden. It adds like a relaxed/whimsy feel to the garden, and purple beans are cute😂 love the video Erin!!
It'll be fun to watch this grow and the plants meld together. I like it a lot, especially with the addition of that handsome chunk of driftwood. I guess you'll be treking out to the veg garden for your herbs and cherry tomatoes this year! It'll get your step count up!! PS - the magazine article was well done, thanks for linking it.
Driftwood?! Brilliant! Erin, you’re always full of surprises, but also GREAT ideas! Thanks for your faithful postings - you’re my favorite garden RUclips/IG’er. Keep up the “experimentation inspiration.” I get so many great ideas and feel inspired to PLAY!
When the Middle-Sized garden talked about a stumpery I was hooked. I had a really interesting root waiting to go out in the trash. I used it to protect a mountain laurel from deer. Love it. Love the look. So nice to see ideas like this.
The driftwood is the perfect finishing touch. I love purple/white combos, my eye is naturally drawn to this particular combination and I use it repeatedly throughout my landscape, hanging baskets and containers.
WOW, what a winner the driftwood addition is. It is a perfect complement to the container. The whole group of plantings came alive when you popped that driftwood in there. The gaura and grass are a terrific backdrop for everything. this might be my favorite of all your containers.
I love it. The driftwood is a great touch. The purple color is unique and great combo with the Guara. Your alliums in the background just added to the beauty of the video!
I love that you think outside the box with your plantings. I found myself bored with choosing plants this year and made it a challenge to use unconventional plants. It brought the zing back and made the process fun again. Keep up the great work!
Love the driftwood. It adds so much interest and texture. I always do a planter with herbs, vegetables and flowers to just do something different and use up some of my extra seedlings. They turn out to be some of my favorite planters!
I love how you literally think outside of the (teakwood) box. The lilies and dahlias are a nice backdrop. I love the ornamental oregano as well as the idea of some trailing strawberries. Guara is always a favorite of mine too! The driftwood hardscape looks great and goes with the teak so well! I love it all!
This looks fantastic! I love how you pick such wonderful, creative collections of plants. I often tuck gnarly, fallen branches from my oak into my beds. That is a lovely piece of wood, especially with the aged cedar. 💚
I love it Erin! I’m a fan of not using too much color in planters and purple, silver, white is my fave! The wood and the teak also look great with the whole theme!
The driftwood is the perfect touch, done exactly right. I often use wood branches/ chunks in my beds (not a lot of driftwood in landlocked Colorado) but hadn’t thought to use wood in pots. You’ve opened up a new window of opportunity!
This might be my favorite planter you’ve ever made! And there have been many greats! Hoping you’ll do a report card video towards the end of the season so we can see how it grows.😊
Ooooo I love it!!! I’m a silvery, blues and greys gal, so that’s beautiful to me! I cannot wait to see it in a couple of weeks when everything has rooted in and started to intertwine!! That piece of driftwood is awesome!
How lovely! The teak and driftwood definitely give this planter such a natural, earthy vibe. Can't wait to see this one fill out.
The driftwood was a master stroke! It turned a very pretty arrangement of plants into something really interesting.
Great aged teak planter with the most complimentary plants and color palette. The driftwood is the chef’s kiss!
Absolutely love the driftwood! Brings arrangement up a couple of notches❤
Oohhh. . . love how the planter turned out! The corner already looks beautiful but once everything starts to really grow and bloom, it's going to look amazing!
Erin, you never cease to amaze me. I love, love, love the pot and the driftwood is amazing! I can’t wait to see it in its full beauty. Thanks for sharing! 💕
