Hey, just wanted to say your vids were a tremendous help last year while i was prepairing for my physio final. I still watch your content every now and then. It's a fascinating subject, and when you don't feel like you're fighting for your life, studying/repeating can be such a joy. Your presentation, personal stories and calming voice takes me back to my childhood and reminds of this French TV show called "Once upon a time... Life". Wish you all the best!
Love your presentation style and PowerPoints. Thank you. You have made studying Anat and Phys so much easier. Is there anyway that I could get access to your slides? 🤔
Excellent question! The goblet cells produce mucus which is very helpful to increase motility and move the fecal contents through the large intestine as it becomes more and more solid the longer it passes through the digestive tract and has time for water to be absorbed.
Hello Milko Andah-Johnson! That is correct, the term unassimilated refers to food that is not absorbed, and therefore does not enter the blood from the digestive tract.

why does the large intestine have so many goblet cells than small intestine?
