So annoying. He honestly sounds like the most insecure rich person. No real rich person talks about how rich they are 24/7. He’s just so insecure about everything. Relationships, looks, money, fame, etc. 20 million is not that much and there’s a lot richer people who don’t act the way he does.
This was hilarious and sooo entertaining. Loved all the shots of Kane drinking the pandan oat milk and Kevin eating the boba from his drink with the long spoon... Poor Phil had to wrangle them in the question/quiz portion tho
I laughed quite a bit on this; great host and Kevin and Kane make an interesting duo. Representation didn't matter to me much but seeing this show had a more profound effect on myself than I expected. Looking forward to season 3!

Unpopular opinion: I don’t think kane’s as bad. His approach might be too aggressive but deep down it stems from care. They’re a group of friends who’ve been together for so long and he was very close with Cherie. I could understand why he’d be so upset. Cherie leaving just proved the rumors are true, and for them to join a reality show with past dirty secrets, idk, they definitely aren’t victims. And about Kevin, we all know Kevin’s a playboy and Kim and Kevin will never be a good match. We all know why we shouldn’t date your own friends of so long. And the lie detector test and gaslighting? Cmon! And about Christine, Christine’s the one who put on a crying act to Kane with a bold accusation about Anna? If it’s me, I would also clarify with Anna. Kane heard it from the source (Christine) so idk why Anna is pissed at him? I think It just so happens he’s involved in these dramas becus he’s literally the glue of the group

Kane is annoying. His lips are the sluttiest two things that spill everyone’s secrets. He’s so bored and insecure he has to talk about other people. Cherie is no angel but what Kane did was fucked up. No friend owes another friend their dark pasts and secrets. People open up their darkest secrets on their own terms so I don’t know why Kane was so “upset” he never knew. If Cherie was actually his friend, he should have approached her, not turn the entire cast against Cherie. Kanes the type of guy, if he found out Kevin did something bad in his past, he would go around and tell everyone and shame him and be upset Kevin never told him the secret before. Knowing that, even if I liked Kane, I would never share anything deep with him. He will he just be a shallow acquaintance and I think that’s why he’s insecure. He only has shallow transactional friendships. He only looked for Kim’s dad bc he was bored and he wanted the drama. Let’s be real, he didn’t do it for Kim. Bored insecure rich kid.

Kevin, just because you were adopted doesnt mean you had a very different childhood. Your childhood is very relatable to a lot of asians. There are a lot of asian parents who seek new begginings thinkin an all white town will boost their goal so lots of kids suffer growing up in an all white community. The negatives are always the same, getting bullied, not happy about their eyes, and always the nerdy non attractive by default. Its once they leave their toxic environment and go seek out like minded people with common interests and people that look like you is when you can groom your confidence. As an asian parent stickin your kid in an all white school and town is probably the most inhumane thing a parent can do. You stickin to your asian male masculinity is a lot more powerful then you bein like The Situation

he didnt have asian parent. surrounded by white ppl in his town without the ability to explore because he was a child. similar to other asian american but there is an added layer of complication in growing his confidence and sense of identity because he had no one that look like him during that time. and had no real idea of the asian communities exist outside of his town
