That's not the Barcelona squad list, the club badge is there because she is from barcelona. Right before this, you can see the real Madrid badge displaying on another player before he switches to the female

Not normally but if you use this glitch you can get it to work, just transfer a woman to a team and then start a player career with "Authentic Player" and chose her
