영국 BBC에서도 언급했는데..반지하는 북한의 군사적 위협때문에 시작 되었다고 해도 틀린 말은 아닐겁니다.
70년대 지어진 주택의 특징은 지하층이 있고 식모방이 있었죠. 70년대에는 북한군 공습 대비 등화관제훈련이나 폭격대피훈련 자주 했습니다. 주택공급률이 안정화 되고서는 반지하 인기가 급격히 떨어집니다. 세도 싸게 받아야 하고 공사비는 더 드니까요. 지하철 많아지고 철근콘크리트 건물 많아져 대피소 역할 많이 하니 단독주택이나 연립주택 반지하 이제는 안 짓습니다.
