Good advice about the WW2 aircrew medal but the bigger E letter is also a sign of copy medal too.

Thanks. I have been trying to get my uncles, my grandfather and my wife’s great uncles ( who was killed / missing in action in the Air Force ) medals after getting their service history and medal issue history. One has been issued an Air Crew Europe star, with clasp. Whow you are right they are expensive! I managed to purchase an old copy, or reissue medal. The only one that is not original. Thank you for your interesting video.

Does any one know the answer to this question; Although you could only wear six of the WW2 Stars (with clasps) was there anyone who qualified for all of them?

I must admit I do not like the trade in medals, particularly gallantry ones, it devalues what they represent.

Are there laws against these counterfeits? Sure seems like there ought to be.

Replicas are perfectly legal. I'm not sure if it's illegal to sells fakes ones claiming they are genuine, it probably isn't illegal
