    Thank you so much for the video Steve. But I do have a query. In the last example that you presented, what if instead of 4 units, we had a number like 21, how would we solve then?

      you would have to work backwards in a spreadsheet using the full formula y=ax^b But I have never seen that in the OT questions, they have always used 1, 2, 4, 8, 16...

      ​@SteveWillisACCA In September 2024, they asked this question: First 10 batches took 120 hours in total and the next 30 batches took 150 hours in total, Work out the learning rate.
      So, in this question total time for four units is 270, making the average time 67.5, and if so the learning rate turns out to be 75%?

    I dont understand why if we want to calculate the time for the sixth job we have to do T6-T5 ? This formula isn't already made to calculate the time for doing the 6th unit ?

      Hi, the Y in the formula is Average time per unit. So we need 6 units * avg time per unit to get Total Time. Get it? 😁
