Hi Sir , If we use multiple receipients , lets say 1 for TO and other for CC.
After executing, It shows one entry for one receipient in SOST, after processing SOST entries will the mail go only once to them including necessary recipients in TO and CC?? Is my understanding correct? Could you please help here.

In SOST, you may find all the recipients in the details of the Email. And yes the Email will send to all.

I want to share the alv grip report content in excel format to email recepients.
I used i_attachment_type = 'xsl' but I'm getting error as file corrupted,
If i change xls to xlsx
I'm getting
ERROR: XSLS is not type-compatible with formal parameter "I_ATTACHMENT_TYPE"
So what can I do here,

If we use multiple recipients
One mail will trigger for all recipients or mail will trigger separately for every recipient

From SAP Inbox, you can see multiple lines of the same Email. It shows Email trigger for each recipients.

Email should reach the server and doesn't need individual credentials, as same as other Email process. Is it fine, are you have some other query?

Normally this works in the workflow option, normally if this flag set then the pop up shows with the message "Email sent". And this flag keep the Email at the top of the user list.
