What's so great about Cars btw? Sorry if I sound rude, but I have a hard time getting that people prefer Cars over this movie...

I respect opinions, but I can't see how people think it has bad, damn even "awful" character development. And one more thing, honestly, I think Pixar in the past has been slightly overrated. Don't get me wrong, I love Pixar. But movies like A bug's life doesn't have completely original ideas for a story either, so to say that Pixar have always been "out there" making crazy original stuff is simply not true. Their storylines atleast are often quite used stories but with a different take.

Cars was definitely also one of the weakest, but it had a good plot, good character acting, and it had heart. Brave lacked all of the above imo.

I Have. Honestly, I thought it was by far the weakest pixar movie yet (I haven't seen cars 2 tho). I thought it was just really cheesy, the character development was awkful, it lacked a better story, it didn't have the cleaver moments like other pixar movies, and in all it was just average. If it was just a Disney movie I wouldn't have been as disappointed, but since it's pixar I was. Overall i'd give it a 5.5/10
