@@hrhi2874 don't mind the haters. They have eyes they can't see. Cote divoire has just overtaken them in size of economy despite their smaller population yet they are fixated on nigeria

People who have inner understanding know that it is only Nigeria that can bring the world to Africa. In religion, it is Nigeria. In sport, we are highly placed. In technology, we are repositioning in AI. In education, the records are there all over the world. In entertainment, social media is the testimony. In culture and art, we have them in diverse ways.

Look, Nigerians are SUCCESS CRAZY ... That is what you wanted to say, Ejiwunmi. Nigerians compete with Nigerians and in the process we leave the rest of Africans behind. That is what elicited the hate and jealousy. But Nigerians even don't look at their direction. He sees his fellow Nigerian brother beating the record he broke yesterday and will quickly go back to the drawing board. While other Africans keep hating they are busy in the studio to beat a new record.
We are created differently and nothing move us.
    May Nigeria Succeed

Unfortunately instead of other Africans to key in, bcos indeed Nigerians are attracting respect to the continent, most are busy hating on us. Suddenly the scam attachment is almost gone from our resume. That is a testament to our doggedness and hardwok over time to reverse the negative stereotype (I believe mostly sponsored). Scary thing is that we are just starting develop our potentials. Let the world wait till we get our govt right to see the true face of Nigeria. 👍🏾 Great job nne👍🏾✅🇳🇬

Based on what Genevieve Nnaji was alluding to, they are all trying to tap into the Nigerian market. I believe they are doing that for business reasons.

Is that not how we Nigerians were crazy about anything American years ago? infact from secondary school we were so influenced by Americanization, especially their music and dressing, that almost every youth already see themselves in America by the time they are done with SSCE😅

That word mega city of Lagos is what all 53 other African nations must take note of when they compare their cities to Lagos. If their capital city isn’t described as a mega city then it’s unworthy of being compared to Lagos as the comparison wouldn’t be fair anyway. Lagos is only next to Beijing China and New York USA.
Mega cities have mega challenges and only citizens of Mega cities understand this. That is why Nigerians are always shocked when our junior relatives from Ghana compared Accra that can be likened to a beautiful village or a town compared to Lagos.
If you want to competencies Nigeria you must earn it the hard way as we did. This is stage one of the foundation of the dawn of the herald of our great destiny. We have not even started yet, this is a warm up to test our potentials. Africa must watch out for us because we are going to lift up many African nations that follows us without jealousy, envy or hateful rhetorics in near future.
