Thank you for the video! I stupidly mounted mine before figuring out where the power chord plugged in, so I've been trying to feel around on the back for like a half hour.
I bought this one today Whalen XL-44. The brackets are opposite of yours with the end with the single holes are above the hook...does that matter? Should the brackets be centered on the back of the TV? Thanks for the video 🙃
Usually where you screw it on it’s balanced from side to side so I would have to see the back of your TV to see what’s going on. Good luck. Thanks for watching.
thank you for the video! I'm going to order this tv off Amazon and I wanted to get a wall mount but idk what the back of the TV looks like and I want to get the right one
My favorite part was when the dust was hoovered away. 😁 Joking aside, Thanks! Now I can buy the TV with confidence and save myself $150 installation fee.
Hi I have the same TV and seems like same TV mount. What size screws did you use. The ones that came with the TV mount are too big and I am missing screws too Thanks
We bought these at Walmart. They’re fairly inexpensive and easy to put on you. Just gotta make sure you put the wall bracket into studs. Good luck thanks for watching.
@bill9663 we use our bed and headboard, it’s padded, and just prop it up, slightly tilted. We use pillows, that way we can apply pressure that’s needed to install the mount. It works and that way we don’t have to lay it down at all.
If you passed the provided Power cable for the TV inside the wall, it’s against code and will likely invalidate your house insurance. Some people might care. Some won’t. Just know those cables are not rated for being inside a wall.
Thank you for the clear instructions with video to show us how to do this properly 🙏
You’re welcome 😊 enjoy your new TV

The screws that were used for the feet wouldn’t work for mounting or you didn’t try that?

What tool do you use for the wall screws?
To attach the wall mount, I used anchors into the two by fours and then a driver with a Phillips head. Good luck thanks for watching.

If you shake it or are ruff im sure just be gentle
