Hi. I am using Max 2023 and it doesnt work with the spline. When I select spline and click "Pick Base object" nothing happens , it doesnt want to select the spline. Any ideas?
Amazing!! So are the holes actually modeled? Or is it a material? I got confused a bit. If I create a separate shape and apply stitch to it, the holes appear on the base object, but they appear flat, not modeled. Anyone can explain?
Very interesting! I'm higly interested. My only question is: I use two computers. The license is floating? can I switch back and forth between my computers?
@@cg-source Yes, it's just a home-rig with one aditional render slave. While one PC renders, I work in the another one back and forth. Great! I'll buy it!
Right now it will fail with max2016 as physical materials was introduced in 2017, and it will fail if you are using vray next, these issues will be fixed first thing after Easter.
This is absolutely an amazing tool. 👏👏
Finaly!!)) Thank you!
Waiting for Folds generator)
Up! xD
Cool , thank you for your work
For those wondering, it works on 3DS Max 2024 (and 2023 too obviously)
Ok so I absolutely love this! I'll try it as soon as I can :) Thanks!
Excellent tool ever
Spettacolo !!! bravi 🙂
Incredible tool well done! I wanted to ask if there is also the possibility to import one's own stitch model. Thank you in advance!
For now you can't, but it will probably be available in the future.
This is impressive. How does it handle the needle holes? I see that it doesn't appear modify the underlying geometry.
If you need add holes, just select hole and it will appear as an object where you can work and apply any modify that you want.
Does it work with 3ds Max 2025?
Amazing feature 👌
Amazing tool really.
is there a way that i can know how the effect before the stitches got created? the effect of two leather layers colliding
I'm sorry, I don't understand the question.

You need to select the object you want the stitches on, not the spline.
@@cg-source O... Thanks. I got it now. Thanks for the quick reply

A piece of geometry is created between each stitch, it conforms to the object you create the stitch on and has a material that looks like a hole.

It's usually one license per workstation, but if you are the only one using the two workstations then it's fine.

Hello, it's looking great, is it compatible with 3DS Max 2023 ? Any trial available to see if it fits our workflow ?
I haven't tested it myself, but i would be very surprised if it didn't work.
