Thanks Sarah. They are so cool. I’ll be giving them another house once a couple of molts along - into a more permanent setup so hopefully another video soon 🤟🏼

Jumping spiders are awesome. They both certainly look male, so just see how they both look when bigger. Im down to 6 jumping spiders, so im certainly needing more. I just love their little fluffy faces.
When rehousing my jumping spiders, i have a thin pain brush, which helps to move them. I have my small jumpers in some smaller tubs, which are a bit taller but with a small door opening for dropping food in. Locust hatchlings Im using at the moment, or small wax worm moths.

I've had a quite a few babies that look female, with green chels. They either moult and go totally black like a male, or lose their green chels and go peach in a moult or 2. Possibly 1 of each, but best to wait till the odd little one moults again.

Yeah definitely. I’m not worried either way, they’ll be loved 🤟🏼🤟🏼

Hey Matt, males and females can have green chelicerae. Going by the colouration you have a male and a female, the female being the first one you rehoused.
The only thing I would have done differently is I would have rehoused them into something taller, with them being arboreal, I would have used small slushi cups as jumping spiders love the extra room, much more room than tarantulas. Other than that the rehousing was fine, they have their own minds of where they want to go, and at least you didn't have either escape on you onto the black table of yours 😂

They will be going into deli cups next move, these should be tall enough for their next molt or maybe even two - but agree they like those deli cups

I have a sibling of your black jumping spider lol. I also have another one but too small to see the fang colours. However if you want to breed and I have a female, your welcome to use her.
I hope I have one of each but we will see. I'm happy either way though.
Love how you always talk to your spiders. Great footage Matt ❤
